An hour after getting in our room, a male staff member opened the door and dropped a bag with sheets onto the middle of the floor and left. He didn't knock and we didn't hear what he mumbled. We didn't ask for sheets, they stayed on the floor for the five days we stayed. The dishwasher was broken. The shower off the main bedroom has nothing to keep the water in so it just pools out into the rest of the bathroom. It's a stand up shower, but

to start difficult to find then at check in time without prior notice that they charge $ 20 dollars for parking which by the way very difficult to find a place to park our car because it was very full, since it is a parking lot for all the hotels on the street, then upon entering the room there were no bath towels there were only 2 medium towels to dry your hands and 3 small ones so my husband tried to call the front desk from the room phone and it did not work so my husband had to go down to the lobby to ask for something as essential as bath towels. honestly I do not recommend it and I think I would not stay here again, it seemed to be an excellent option but it was the worst experience.

Get for longer stays as our room had a large kitchenette. Two main areas of disappointment: (1) pool and spa were out of order -a big point of contention for us as our toddler was Soo excited to swim and it could not happen. All three hotels on that strip all had the same problem. (2) There were only 2 luggage dollies available for the whole hotel. We had several bags and a toddler and could not find a dolly even after waiting 30mins. Ended up having to do 2 trips down the long hallways. Pretty inconvenient.

Rooms are filthy. Couches so stained and dirty you wouldn’t even want to sit on them. Front desk said most rooms are “pretty worn” and the property is pretty overdue for a remodel.

We arrived at the property and was greeted by chelsea, who was extremly nice and kind. We got our room and called the front desk to let them know our couch was disgusting stained and dirty. It had chocolate stains on it amonst other white stains and liquid stains. House keeping said they had no other rooms but offered to cover it in blankets. They said they would come wash it the next day. They did, the cushions they replaced it with wete tearing and fraying but were some what cleaner, we left the blanekts covering the couch through our whole stay. The couch smelled awful. The carpets also felt gross abs dirty, we left our shoes on in the room the whole time. The hotel also takes a securty deposit per night not per stay. They charged me a nightly securtiy deposit. Cost per night plus a a nightly parking fee.
