Very disappointing hotel for the nightly rate. No free coffee or continental breakfast. We had to ask for a microwave after they took away the communal microwave in the lobby. Also doesn’t makes sense to be charge a resort/holiday fee for every night. Our tv barely worked. It is close by the other stores in the area but lots of homeless people and car window washers so be careful.

As soon as you get out of your car you are hit with a strong smell of weed. The lobby of the hotel seems nice. The room was very dirty, with hair and other things still in the bed. They seem to use dark colors and low light to help hide how dirty the rooms and hallways are. Would not recommend staying here.

Nice stay in a nice area (for me, it was near the LA Convention Center). The hotel is fairly fancy without being too expensive. The only thing that might be a concern is that some of the elevators are really dark inside.
