On Monday the housekeeper cleaned the room (at my request) and I don't know why they packed all my belongings in my suitcase, mixing my dirty tennis shoes and my dirty clothes with the clean clothes; this also caused my shirts and pants to become wrinkled. I did not vacate the room until Wednesday. I reported this unpleasant situation on Tuesday to the front desk.

When I arrived they put me in the 8th floor which is the pet room floor. I don’t have a pet with me. I opened my door to the room and instantly the smell was horrible. I put my luggage down and turned on some lights. I looked on the floor behind the recliner chair and there was dried up dog poop. That os where the smell was coming from. Bathroom and bedroom floors did not even look like they were vacuumed and cleaned. Really bad room. Do not put customers in pet rooms if they don’t have one.

There were cockroaches on the roof of the room, on the chairs, and in the cracks of the bathroom floor. I also sent a message to the hotel asking for them to be removed, but received no response.

Disappointed in a Wyndham property
We have stayed at various Wyndham properties in the past and by far this was the worse. Room was not clean and had various issues. Bottom of toilet had feces or blood stains on the outside (have picture), bathroom sink had slow drainage (partly clogged), shower/tub looked faded or had glue stains all over, tub drain was rusted, and my wife stepped on some type of needle on the floor (turned it into the reception staff when filing a complaint with the front desk) you would assume house keeping vacuums after each guest departs. She going to see a doctor as a precaution. There was garbage in the hallway and garbage in the parking lot (I have pictures). Will not stay at a Wyndham property again. *Front Desk staff (night and morning) were very professional and did their Best in apologizing for the property deficiencies as well as promptly passing out complaints to upper management. However, still could you make up for the room/properties condition.

The area was quiet with no traffic noise. Unfortunately we found some things not up to par. The toilet in our room was extremely noisy and was hard to flush. The carpet throughout was needing a good cleaning. Lots of spots everywhere. Our room was clean but the toilet being so hard to flush was very annoying. The placement of the TV left was not ideal for relaxing in the bed.
