Im not one to complain. Very tolerant. But this place….was filthy. The front desk clerk was so sweet. When I opened my door to the room. It reeked of cigarette. I told the clerk. She graciously apologized and gave me another key. When i opened the door to the 2nd room, the lamps on the tables were broken. No light. I went back and this time the clerk said she would go with me this time to make sure. We go to the 3rd room. The urine smell smacked us hard in the face when she opened the door. She was so apologetic and I knew it wasn’t her fault. The fourth room worked but it still wasn’t great. It was so so dirty. The base boards had layers of grime. At this point I was exhausted and didn’t care. I love LaQuintas. I usually do LaQuintas in Florida and they are phenomenal. This LaQuinta was the worst experience ever. As stated, I’m very tolerant, but this review was needed.

Hotel is under renovation. We were not aware of this when we booked. Room is adequate ,nothing special. They do provide breakfast. When I needed some attention at the desk, nobody answered their phones. The hotel no longer has any cash.So when I needed to change open twenty I was not able to get it.

This hotel is tired
This hotel is tired. Service was good but had several areas of wear and tear that were not addressed. Mold on the bathroom floor, corners crack and dirty. A slightly yellow stain was on the bedspread and there was no UBS outlets. We will not be returning.

When I got back to my room late afternoon, house keeping left all bedding on floor and towels, bed not covered and made, towels not organized, also remove the shower curtain and my personal bathroom sponge. Front desk have to move me to a different room.

Needs some attention
1. Construction going on. Barriers and tarps in numerous locations. 2. Could not find any luggage carts. 3.The elevator is slow. Inside needs a major upgrade. 4. Room was clean. 5. Toilet was very old. Tough to flush. Toilet seat very loose. 6. Laundry room and hotel staff very noisy at 8:00 am. 7. Gardeners on Wednesday at 3:00 pm blew parking lot leaves and made all the parkjed cars dirty. 8. Breakfast was marginal. 9. The Staff at desk were good.
