UCLA Medical Center Birth of Granddaughter

This is our second visit to this property. Our son had his first daughter born at the UCLA Medical Center so this location was absolutely perfect. I had booked this reservation using my brand new One Key MC and when I checked in, I let the property know I had prepaid. They asked for a card for incidentals and parking so I presented my American Express card. I noticed later that even that a charge had hit my AMEX for the full amount of the room. The next morning I went to the front desk and made the staff aware of the issue. The person on duty said it did not show that I had prepaid for the room. I presented my confirmation and proof that I had paid but still no joy. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager was in fact able to determine that I had already paid and the charge was cancelled prior to my departure.
