Although nice, staff seemed was not focused. We checked in with our service dog and I gave all info and added my partner to room. Went to our room to get settled and keys didn’t work. They sent security and he came w new keys and he struggled a bit also. They said keys are tricky at times. Then our tv didn’t work. The phone in room didn’t work. We called down stairs and they asked that we meds with both items to see if we can figure them out cause they don’t have anyone to come correct it. It was very inconvenient. Then we went out and came back and our keys did not work. Again. I sent my partner as I help our many bags and they told her she wasn’t registered on the room and not was our service dog. What??!!!!!! They made me go down and add her then add the dog then we go upstairs and keys don’t work. Again. Finally we get working keys and we have no tv and again no phone to call them. So we call again from cell and they said they done have anyone to come unfortunately. It wasn’t the best experience.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. It's right off the freeway, lots of parking, nice, large pool, staff is always friendly. Lots of food options. Rooms are comfortable and quiet.
