The staff members were all very nice. You can tell that this property which once had a restaurant & bar and a very nice indoor/outdoor design centered around a large cascading water fountain used to be a real destination for conferences, banquets, etc. It is showing its age, but was good for the price (about $94 per night). The complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, freshly made waffles, fruit, toast, juices, and coffee. There aren't any eateries in walking distance, but delivery is an option. I understand that there was a management change within the last few years. I hope that they will put in the work to make this spacious property a gem once again.

Generally it was fine, just a little run down. However the first room had mold on the bathroom wall and the over the bed. When I changed rooms, painted over mold showed up after a couple of days in the new room.

Hotel is decent-looking from the outside, however it is VERY DIRTY when we were given the room. There is a MUSTY WARM SMELL ones we opened the door. There are webs and dusts on the corners of the room and everything just looks poorly done. The ceiling is painted poorly, the tiles on the bathroom are uneven and dirty, the sealants are peeling, the bed is creaky, and there were lots of hair on the bed. The staff service is good otherwise, but I would rate this hotel 3/10.

Place needs a heavy update, especially the parking lot. Way too many small spots and people are allowed to park any which way, causing there to be a smaller number of spots. Inside the rooms need fresh new appliances and paint job, and our couch was extremely dirty, so did not even bother sitting on it. Place was much better a few years ago when I stayed last.

My husband and I were greeted upon arrival. Staff was nice and helpful. The lobby and rooms are decorated nicely and clean, but the halls are a little dirty and worn because it’s partially outside and the bathroom needs a big update. However, it did not affect our stay here. Stay was great for a night and close to the airport. We did have the breakfast that was complimentary (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc) buffet style. It was pretty good. My only complaint were the two men running the kitchen; very disgruntled and got mad at us when we got up to get more food. We asked the front desk if there was a rule against that and they said no. (We didn’t get a lot of food to begin with, we weren’t hoarding and there was literally no one else there) Not sure what the problem was, but otherwise, not a bad place to stay.

Where do I start, our room smelled like urine and smoke, the elevators were sketchy to ride, no restroom in lobby, no ice machines on entire property. The “free” breakfast was mediocre, the scrambled eggs were mushy and runny, totally inedible.. never stay at this property again

Staff was not helpful and our room was inadequate. Our room smelled moldy, the phone didn’t work to call for service, most of the channels did not work, the chair was broken, the faucet was also broken, the sink area had dirty hair all over and the towels were wet and dirty. Very very unpleasant visit.

We were very disappointed. The location was convenient and we have had good experiences with Ramada in the past. This property, however, was unclean, rundown, and in general disrepair. Carpets were old and stained, the room was sparsely furnished, and the air conditioner was so loud, we had to turn it off (after trying to reduce the vibration by moving a bedside table against it).
