The rooms are very clean and well equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay. The neighborhood is not the greatest but the facilities are very secure and protected by surveillance.

The Regency is clean, safe and run by a good staff. Walking around the neighborhood outside can be hit and miss with a few unhoused.

Very clean and recently remodeled room. Everything was perfect and it was very quiet and restful place. Extremely close to lots of great restaurants and bars and coffee shops on Colorado Boulevard. Would stay there again.

Everything was as expected. We really enjoyed our time there. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was polite and helpful. The area was convenient. My only complaints are that the vending machine was broken, no elevator and there wouldn't always be parking in the property.
