If all you need is a clean room with a bed and bathroom, this fits the bill. Easy access from the 10 freeway, including a left turn lane into the parking garage. Quiet, too.

For a no Frill's hotel, this was nice. The biggest complaint was no ice-bucket, and slow internet speed, my phone was faster. Other than that It was fine.
