If you are looking for a high end experience, keep looking. Sofitel has a name that is respected, but this location doesn’t look up to it. There are no little extras that make it special. The staff treat you like they are doing you a favor, are completely unwilling to give you extra information or tell you about the property, the property itself needs a paint touch up, the rooms are average. I did not feel like I was staying at a high end place. A glorified holiday inn express at best. Such an expensive disappointment. They could really do so much more to set them apart from their price point competition.

Lovely Very Demure darling
It’s was a great hotel with lovely amenities. The room was really nice, the pool is a distance from the common areas of the hot and rooms but once you get there it’s really private with lots of cozy seating areas.

I have been going to this hotel almost monthly for the last 12 years for different doctors treatments and chemo treatments this hotel by far is one of the best and most considerate places I've ever been they've always treated me like home and it's always helped me when times were down as far as being sick I can't give this place enough credit in the world. From the management down to the maids to the janitors all pitch in and help out.

The staff is amazing! I believe Emily st the front desk checked me in late and gave me a courtesy upgrade because I forgot my bag at the airport. The bed was so comfy it was quiet and walkable to everything! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I love this hotel. The rooms and beds are really comfortable and everything is clean. There is filtered water on every floor. Some areas of the hotel could do with a facelift (eg the red couch in front of the bar/restaurant and pool area), but overall this is a lovely hotel in a great location.
