The property is run down and dirty. Check-in was not possible for hours because of an issue with their system and WiFi. Room had a bad smell and was extremely noisy due to the interstate highway and poor noise insulation of the windows. Never booked a property this bad on Orbitz that had an “excellent” rating.

Paper thin walls- they need to sound proof.
My main complaint was the fact that the walls are paper thin. We had an excessive cougher in a room one side of us and sex addicts, going at it all night on the other side. Including their noisy pillow talk. If you want a good nights sleep this hotel is not for you! LOL. Luckily we were going to a football game so only stayed for one night! On a happier note, check in was very nice and our room was available about 20 minutes early. As a VIP member it was great to get the $40.00 credit.

This is our go to hotel. All restaurants and entertainment is within walking distance. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Views are exceptional. Only hotel we will stay at in Santa Monica.

Lights didn’t work properly. Water in shower couldn’t maintain a steady temperature. Service was very good. Hotel mattress was average comfort. Overall disappointing for a luxury hotel, but the restaurant was excellent. Unique choices and all were tasty.
