Not worth the money. Despite the rooms having a nice view, that’s about it. The hallways are ugly and “unfinished”. The beds are not comfortable. The AC is shared with another room and we couldn’t control our own room’s temperature. The TV was not a smart tv and didn’t let us connect to YouTube.

Loved it!
Centrally located, easy valet, the room view of the Hollywood sign was everything! Can’t wait to stay here again! The desk and bar workers were very nice as well and happened to be a little club at night there too was fun :)

Very lively hotel. Loved the environment . The rooms were decent could use some minor upgrades but overall had a great stay. Highlight was the Openair restaurant. Absolutely beautiful and food exceeded all expectations.

We called our room the prison cell because of how cramped the beds were, and how dismal the decor was. They advertise a pool, but they don’t tell you that the water is dirty and stagnant. Nobody wanted to even dip their toes into this pool. We stayed for 6 nights, and every night we would have to inspect the pillows, which were in variable states of uncleanliness. There was one night we found blood on our pillows. The TV was useless. We had to borrow an HDMI cable from the main desk and purchase a hdmi to usb-c converter just to connect our iPad so we could watch Netflix. The bathroom had a leaky bathtub faucet that drove us crazy at night. There was a green bucket instead of a trash can and sometimes the trash wasn’t thrown out when room keeping came by. The worst part was an extra 34 dollar DAILY charge that was explained to us as a “resort fee” that we were not made aware of when booking. They charge this resort fee for no service, a dirty pool, and dirty sheets and pillows. The area around the hotel has a lot of Korean restaurants but we only felt safe walking around during the daytime. At night, homeless people come out of the woodwork and it seems no one walks around in the area at night because it looked borderline deserted. We went for a walk in the evening our first night and walked right back to the hotel because we got scared- and we’re from NYC so we don’t spook easily.

Everything was just right. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean overall. The exercise facility is small but useful, and if you pay extra, you can get a room with a good view. I will stay here again next time.

The booking representative did not know what she was doing. My client stayed at the hotel for a couple of weeks. We rebooked for another week. When my client tried to check in, the front desk clerk told him he could not stay at the hotel because he had already stayed the maximum number of nights. How does the booking representative not know the hotel policy? Why would she book my client for another week after she pulled up his past reservations and knew how many nights he already stated at the hotel. Learn your Job!!!

I have never seen such a dirty environment in my life. This is my first experience. The price they have taken online. The way they have decorated the hotel room. The reality is very different. Very dirty environment. Never visit this hotel again.
