While arriving there was no heat in main living area. Called the office & they said the fireplace was the heater & it is run off the thermostat. It didnt work! They sent maintenance over, & he said the unit was actual disconnected & that they will have call a repair man come out tomorrow, & he would drop off a space heater. We went to get dinner, to come back to the space eater was there. Plugged it in & it was also broke. So its 12 degrees out & no heat, except for the wall heaters in the bedrooms. So we had to bundle up with blankets to sit in the family room. Called the next morning, & they said someones coming out to replace the bad heater & that the repairman would be out sometime that day. So we went skiing, to come back to no repair man showing up, but replaced the space heater, & just more excuses that its a holiday week. No heat, & fireplace. Which is why i rented the place, so our family could enjoy skiing during the day & relax by the fire at night playing board games. But No! I called again the next day & the said someone would be out again. Left to go skiing to comeback, & again no one came by. Called again and asked to be moved to another condo & that I wanted a 50% refund. They told me they didnt have any availability, not true. I only received 500 out 4500, & they never fixed the heat. This was a miserable stay, & they should refund at least 50% of our stay for advertising a condo with a working fireplace & heat! I will no rent from Mammoth Reservations ag.
