The hotel was so bad that they did not even have a sign board. It was dirty and unkempt. Although under renovation, it is no excuse to provide sub-par service.
Place was a rat hole. Massive construction in progress, none of which was disclosed prior to my check in. The curtains in my room were torn and the heating unit for my room did not work (it was in the teens at night). Terrible experience, will never go back. But, on the bright side, the skiing at Mammoth was superb.
There is no TV, no pool, no Jacuzzi. However you can hear every single person walk in the hallways all night. You won't get any sleep here with the noise but the staff is very nice. Breakfast is a bonus for the morning before hitting the mountain.
This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. And especially for being a Mammoth and the price they are charging. We had no hot water and no heat in our room and when asked to switch rooms they said they had nothing available even tho Expedia showed they did. DONT STAY HERE RIP OFF. ALMOST $500 2 nights and room was dirty and uncomfortable and water commit from ceiling. They are under construction and should be closed for good till they open up fully.

Will be fine once construction is finished.
The whole place was under construction and looked haunted. There were tubs for catching water in the hallways with wet floor signs. The pool and hot tub were closed. Would not spend money on this until construction is completed. They did not disclose construction information until the day before the trip.
I don’t really like it everything needs to be new coz everything it’s to old and dirty and the TV doesn’t have signal so a really bad experience for me and my wife
