Dingy room, old smelly carpet. Broken tv during full stay. Paper thin walls with loud parties till 1 am. WiFi drops out every second so useless. Did not clean room daily. Staff nice but doesn’t out way the rest.

The hotel room was very clean, quiet, great bathroom, close to everything, and free shuttle to slopes. The common area was also great and had nusic, wine bar, big fireplace. Dog friendly. Many paddles outside due to melting ice filing potholes. Difficult parking after 5pm. Great friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again.

Wow another kind of bait and switch. It is an old motor hotel disguised as a boutique property with very limited services and absolutely no help at front desk on what is available even food at property. Old outdated mini fridge that barely worked. No elevator so of course not so good dragging heavy ski gear like clothing up stairs. Should have just picked Best Western or Motel 6 for the price.

This property is in a convenient location, and there is some updating going on that looks good. My bathroom hadn't been cleaned, some of the updating was cheap and quick (the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, for instance), and the wifi was spotty. I was a little disappointed, but it was fine.

My room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly. The parking was convenient. It took 30 minutes and 4 tries to get a card key that worked on my room door and the shower had no hot water. I assume those were isolated issues so I plan to return.
