Located in the heart of Mammoth Village, steps from restaurants, shops, cafes, and skiing from the Village Gondola, this inviting 1-bedroom condo is an ideal retreat for couples or families.

*Please be advised, this unit has one portable AC unit in the living room.

Warmly decorated with vintage mountain lodge decor and rich leather furniture, the home opens onto a spacious living area with hardwood floors and Parisian Cream-colored walls. To the left of the entrance lies a fully equipped kitchen with tile floors, granite countertops and chef’s appliances. Just beyond is a formal hardwood dining table seating four.

In the living area, light streams through a large picture window and glass door leading to the private patio, where a sitting area invites you to take in the Village atmosphere. Inside, a full-length leather sofa and club chair, both accented by oversized fur throw pillows, frame an antique trunk coffee table and stacked-stone gas fireplace. A large-screen TV hangs above the mantel, creating a cozy environment for movie night.

At a spacious 900 square feet, this home comfortably sleeps up to four guests between a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a king-sized bed in the private bedroom, which also features a flat-screen TV and mirrored closet. A full bath, located at the entrance, has a combination shower and tub, adding convenience for families with small children.

As a guest of the Village, you’ll enjoy year-round amenities steps from your condo, including a community hot tub, swimming pool and BBQ grill. Walk to restaurants, apres-ski and equipment shops from your condo, or take the free shuttle downtown for more restaurants, pubs and entertainment.

The Mammoth Gondola is steps away for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, or lift-served hiking and mountain biking in the summer. Golf enthusiasts can play around at the Snowcreek Golf Course, a 4-minute drive away, a paved cruiser bike trail through town offers a mellow option for exploring downtown in-between adventures on the mountain. With on-site parking, you can also easily reach nearby natural attractions, including hot springs and Devil’s Postpile National Monument, both accessible in under an hour.

Please note : Parking is limited and the Village only allows 1 parking pass per condo, regardless of the size. The Village will not make any exceptions. The parking garage for this complex can accommodate vehicles 8'6" or smaller.

Perfect Village Location
Very clean and adequately equipped/supplied. We have stayed in the Village many times and this was the first in this building which is a great location closest to gondola and just steps to our favorite restaurant and wine bar, The Side Door. Natural Retreats is a great host and we will certainly be back.

Great location. Within steps to the Gondola. Having to go pick up keys somewhere else in town was an inconvenience. The description says full kitchen which it was not. No spatula for eggs, no tongs, no salt & pepper, no sugar for coffee, no measuring cup. No ice. Bare minimum. Otherwise it was ok. Nice location.

Great spot for hitting the hill.
You cannot beat the location and amenities if you are heading up to ski/board. The condo had a great layout, comfy and nice furniture and anything you could possibly need for your stay. We will definitely be back!

locker at Canyon is a boot locker only, and fireplace flame is a bit small. Overall it was cozy! Better to get there before sunset, place ski's in a locker at canyon and with snow so high, it was easier to get to know your way around in daylight.Great access to Gondola!

The place was great location. It was clean when we arrived on a Thursday but when Friday and Saturday night came, that’s when the loud music and people yelling and talking from the bar below . We had a 9 year old that couldn’t get to sleep as well as us. We thought it was our next door neighbors but not so. Great location but if you want sleep this is not the place.

Location great. Workers on deck and the noise, terrible.
Location is great. However, during our stay we had exterior contractors literally on our deck and immediately outside windows (looking inside at us) every single weekday. We had to close all shades and turn on lights. The windows are really, really cheap so any noise from below in the Village is amplified and transmitted right into the apartment. Friday/Saturday nights are really tough if you want some sleep because the Distillery bar is directly below you and usually packed on weekend evenings...if you like to listen to drunk people talk and shout all night, you will love this place on the weekends! Also, building security was terrible. People (likely not guests) were sneeking into the building at night and running down hallways and banging on suite doors...probably the result from too much whiskey at the Distillery:) Other than these 3 things, it was great as it takes about 30 seconds to walk from apartment to gondola. We visit Mammoth during ski season several times...we will probably sacrifice location for better sleep and a few less contractors standing 6 inches outside the window staring at us....they were mostly staring at my girlfriend, I guess they didn't like guys.

We love the location and the view from the living room window and the deck were amazing. We parked our car and never moved it - just used the village restaurants and the gondola. I think the TV in the living room may need to be replaced. The picture disappeared twice. The property managers were very responsive and come over and fixed it both times but it was annoying to have it go out while we were watching it. And the coffee maker really needs to be replaced. It is old and cheap. Just could not make a decent cup of coffee with it. Had to use almost twice as much coffee as I do at home and it still was not very good. Get a better one with an insulated stainless steel pot so you don't need to worry about the glass getting broken. these are minor items that can easily be remedied by the owners.

Great Condo
Clean and well stocked, worked out well for our family's ski vacation. Very easy walk to the gondola. The only heads up is that it faces some of the restaurants of the Village a few stories below so in the evening you may hear some people exiting the restaurants.

The condo is in a prime location, overlooking shops in the village (ice cream store just across the way!). Steps to the Village Gondola. Bed was comfy. Pull-out couch was decent. Kitchen could have been stocked a bit better with basics. Management company seemed to be novices; nice, but had trouble answering basic questions. Would return.
