Compare Apartment Hotels in Manitou Springs Historic District

Had a great time. Came up from Johnstown to see the ice castles. They did not disappoint. Casino was great, staff at hotel very friendly. Would come back for sure and stay here

The hotel was new to us as we usually stay at another well known hotel. However, our experience at the Mine Exchange was surprisingly and unexpectedly wonderful! Check-In was such an easy experience as we were greeted by Jill. She was so positive and helpful with all details of the hotel and recommendations for local places. She is truly a gem and an asset for the Exchange. As for the hotel itself, the lobby/coffee shop/bar “one-stop-shop” was a great set up and concept for hanging out and socializing with friends and listening to live Jazz the evening of our arrival. We were blown away as this sort of set up has never been something we’ve experienced before. The room was clean, spacious and newly renovated with the view of the city adding to its charm and ambiance. Excellent valet service (very fast service), tasty food and top notch coffee (Baristas were great!). We will be back!!
