This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean with a great view of the bay and had a balcony where you can spot the otters and seals with the provided binoculars. Restaurants had great service and offered room service. Check in, valet and bell service were top notch. Would stay there again when in Monterrey for sure.

This property is absolutely stunning and everything we were looking for. We had an ocean view room with such attention to detail. Loved listening to the waves crash and the seals in the morning. And I’ve never slept so sound- bed and pillows are heavenly. We’ll be back.

We really didn't enjoy the area around the hotel, seemed to have gone down hill since we've been years ago so we stayed in the hotel room, opened the balcony doors and enjoyed the view!!!

Nice place, BUT...
I chose this hotel for our anniversary trip. I reserved a room with an ocean view. The location and service at the hotel were great, unfortunately the room that we had was on an inside corner which faced another room (see photo), so when we would go up to the window to enjoy the view, we were also looking directly into someone else's room! Very disappointing.
