Needed to be in Newton for a meeting, so the hotel was perfect. Highly recommend. Not the hotel's fault but taxi service in the area was unreliable. Use Uber.

An older building newly renovated in a quiet neighborhood very near the T (trolley). The staff is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to be helpful.

Price= better than competition check in desk= friendly, skillful and very efficient elevators= super clean and zero wait times room= 'SUPER quiet',modern, lots of outlets, great size TV floor= very clean and fresh feeling Bedding= superb, superb, superb Breakfast= very nice with many options Most likely the best stay for the wife and I to date. We came back from a night with family, I was looking in the pantry for milk, there were options but all caffeinated, ( not what I wanted as we were headed to the room for bed'... so the night desk staffer told me he'd go to the kitchen and came back with ''2" two classes of nice cold milk... one cannot ask for better service than that.
