Very nice property. The desk staff was fabulous. So helpful and accommodating. Young woman with dark, short wavy hair was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Property had everything that we required.

I booked the hotel late and I arrived late but was greeted with a warm, professional spirit. It’s a large facilitiy so it has lots of ground to cover. But the attractive interior is a delight. The hotel sits right on the highway so it was a The hotel sits right on the highway so it was not difficult to find. Did not get to sample the breakfast since I was out for an early meeting. The parking facility is adjacent and was no trouble getting in and out of, but it’s not particularly convenient for those with mobility issues still, a very pleasant day.

The room was spacious and included everything that we needed. The property itself had a lot of amenities including a nice pool and a game room. There were also magnificent breakfast options.

I called the property prob 4x the first night before checking in and I was on hold for about 20 mins each time so I hung up. I called at different times but to be on hold so long each time, to me, is unacceptable. I couldn’t get a word out I was automatically put on hold as soon as they picked up and no one came back on the line throughout the 20 min. The trash outside the front entrance were full to the top. It was overall not the best experience.
