Air conditioning didn’t work properly.. but they switched us to a different room .. they were quick in getting us moved .. but the room we got had two queen sized beds that were sunken in /worn out.. other than that the staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and clean.. ordered room service .. they were quick and the food plentiful and good..

I just wanted to mention that this was our first time at this hotel and it was so amazing! Everybody was very cordial very helpful very professional. From the check-in to the checkout just amazing I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Renaissance is a very nice property. I was impressed with the decor in the lobby. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The patio and pool area could use some love as it seems the sun has beat up the furniture and flooring. Overall great stay. The main area of PS where the shops are are about 1/2 mile away and an easy walk.
