We were early check in, saving us hours of wandering the town. Also, we had a great pool view room on the top floor. Hotel has a luxurious feel & a nice pantry & foyer. Definitely will return again.

The room was honestly in an unacceptable condition for a hotel of this standing. We found a PAIR OF DIRTY SOCKS on the floor next to the bed. One of the bed’s mattress was so old and tired that you would immediately fall to the middle. We found so much dust everywhere. That being said, the lobby is beautiful and the staff was nice. When I gave feedback about the room at checkout, they only said they’d “inform management” though.

I had a fantastic time with my wife! 😍 The views were breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious. 🍳 We loved that the hotel was so walkable - we walked to downtown multiple times and enjoyed all the sights and dining options. 🚶‍♀️ The hotel itself was very clean and nice. 🏨 #vacation #travel #couplegoals

Property was build many years ago, and they must to make new AirConditioning system. That they gave now it terrible: the noise from heating or Collings is terrible. If this happened at night - you cannot sleep. All building need AirConditioning renovation.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at The Renaissance…it was an awesome experience to be remembered by Kean and one of their managers, Gordon! We were checked in by Fern, who was also professional, friendly and very helpful. I also will like to mention Janeth and Mike at the restaurant, on Monday October 14th; their service, friendliness truly was 10 🙌the mimosas were beautifully decorated with fresh fruit and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back! We love the hotel’s location as you can walk to downtown Palm Springs, casino and a lot more.
