The lobby and pool area are very nice. Rooms and hallways a bit older, but fine. Beds and linens were nice and felt amazing. Airport transportation was convenient.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly as a Hilton Honors member. We arrived early in the morning at 10 AM, hoping for an early check-in. The staff took our deposit and contact information, promising to call us once our room was ready. However, we waited for hours with no updates and had to constantly ask the front desk every 30 minutes for any progress. It was only after hours of waiting that we found out the room we were assigned had been delayed due to the previous guests requesting a late checkout—something that was never communicated to us upfront. Despite our long wait, we were not able to check in until 4 PM. When we finally got to our room, it was still missing some amenities, adding to the frustration. As compensation, we were offered two extra bottles of water—a gesture that felt inadequate since Hilton Honors members are already entitled to complimentary water. Overall, the lack of communication, extended waiting period, and unsatisfactory resolution made for a frustrating stay. This experience did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels.

Nice hotel attached to a small mall. Nice dining options as well as a well stocked little quick mart with everything from drinks and snacks to sandwiches and salads. I'd definitely stay here again.
