Kasa on Espanola Way is an adventure. So much to enjoy right outside your door, and when you return to the hotel you get a fantastic place to relax and enjoy. Love having a code for room entry, no more having to swipe and carry a card. Rooms are clean, comfortable and amenities are perfect. We stayed for two nights leading up to a company party and were the envy of everyone who came to Espanola Way from their hotels. So many choices for food and entertainment. Location, location, location!!

Loved the atmosphere, the cafes and restaurants on the street. Loved the nearby beach and shopping. Glad I booked the two bedroom suite with the kitchen. It was plenty of room and very cozy. I thought I wouldnt njoy not having hotel staff, but it was actually just fine. Ill be using this property again for sure.

Hotel was clean but that was the only pro Cons No elevator Noisy smoke room Dogs barking all morning no room service room door would not lock front entrance keypad dead at 12am putsode for hours walls paper thin kids running thru hallway no fromt desk concierge so basically calling all day

I didn’t like that we didn’t have regular cable tv. If I had not known how to navigate through my phone, I would had been just sitting there. Having the windows obscured wasn’t a good experience. We were accused of making noise, when in fact the fire alarm went off. I’m thankful we had a place to stay being we came from the other coast running from the hurricane Milton.

This is my favorite hotel in south beach. I love that it’s clean, very independent feeling and it’s right on espanola way, right next to all my favorite spots. I don’t think I’ll ever get another hotel when I go to Miami. I’ve stayed in many rooms in different buildings of the property and all of them were great. Thanks for always making my Miami trip awesome

I found hair on the night stand. It smelled musty. There are no tv stations. You have to cast your Netflix to the tv to watch anything. Not what I expected. Not going back.

The manager Jose was very nice, but we were locked out of our hotel because the main entrance battery died on the door. Very inconvenient for parking. The property is kind of hidden in between restaurants, which gave it a nice vibe. Overall, I’ll give it a 3.5.

Family Long Weekend in Miami
2nd time staying here and loved it again! Such a convenient location to all the fabulous restaurants and within a short walk to South Beach. Very comfortable stay overall and in particular the beds were comfortable and lots of space in the unit. We wished the shower would have been enclosed…no door. I had to request a restocking of towels half way through our stay which was a bit challenging to get to talk with a human because it just a virtual front desk. Be sure to read the virtual front desk instructions carefully for how to get into the building and unit. If I hadn’t already stayed at the property back in 2021 I would have been very confused because it’s a bit difficult to find the first time. Valet parking is expensive and I’m not convinced was necessary. Overall, this was terrific!

Over all it was a rough stay. Check in was confusing. Spent 4 hours trying to get the AC in the room fixed. Once I was finally able to get ahold of someone they made it right.

Checking in, checking out, and stay were very nice, easy and convenient, however the parking was very unpleasant and expensive, $32.00 per 8hrs, when we stayed for 3 nights and 3 days. I think you should have a complementary parking system. The valet parking was also expensive and very inconvenient.
