Very nice room and awesome location. No elevator so carry luggage up stairs. Noisy but they have ear plugs here. Its sort of an adventure and different so for one night it is great. Little disappointed in the "$250" damage deposit that gets refunded in 2-3 days. Seems a little excessive.

Air conditioner doesn’t work in the night. We came back to hotel in the mid of the night and found Air Conditioner was not working. We texted to the company and were told that nothing can be done before morning. Same thing same thing happened next night.

Loved staying here! There is so much to do right outside your door, including shopping and restaurants! It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Will definitely stay here again!

Couch in the living room is very dirty, it has many nasty stains .....Room size is generous, but they should invest on blackout curtains (it's 2024 just get them installed!)... location is great but very loud if you try to sleep before midnight.

The directions were somewhat confusing especially since our flight didn’t arrive til late evening. Finding things at night on a crowded Fri night was chaotic. A specific landmark to look for as a starting point to find the gates might have been helpful. The room was good … it was shy on space to put things in the bathroom, not a lot of places to hang towels etc and not many towels and washcloths. We went to the closet where it said to get more towels and it was empty. Overall the stay was pleasant and it was nice to be close to restaurants and shopping.

This hospitality venue is lacking in HOSPITALITY. The virtual front desk is painful. I felt like there was no one to contact with questions. Our request for an early check in went completely ignored (we used their system). The only interaction we had the entire time was with the incredibly rude Valets. The fee was higher than advertised and I hate tipping so poorly especially during the Holidays) but they got what they deserved. I will not be staying with them again but maybe these issues are worth the location to other travelers.

Fun Kasa El Paseo in the heart of Miami Beach
Regardless the length of your stay, Kasa doesn’t clean the rooms daily, which is a major staple of the hotel industry. They really need to provide this service to be excellent. Being virtual, front desk, works safely and effectively since they are responsive when you contact them providing the service you are requesting promptly. The stairs could be cumbersome when carrying luggage. The stairs also make you doubtful about going back to your room to retrieve something you forgot or to use the bathroom.

Nice room, very clean and comfortable. The area is very lively at night and the hotel is very well located. Be careful, there is no easy car access, so if you have a lot of luggage it may not be very convenient.

It was not clear when reserving the room that there was only a virtual desk and no one would be physically available on arrival. If you have not completed a questionnaire you are sent by email, you cannot enter the property & are stuck standing in front of the property with all your belongings in your hand; with others in the same position. Once you finally get in and figure it out, the accommodation is not so bad. The hotel should be called The Treasure Hunt. That all this is not clarified in advance I feel is a scam. In the first 15 reviews no one mentions about the difficulties entering the room, which is very suspicious, there were only good reviews of how comfortable the bed was.
