We had two rooms for two nights though we only managed to stay one night as had to check in to another hotel our experience was so bad. The photos are not true. Right from the start we experienced a rude man at reception. The aircon didn’t work in both rooms, doors banging throughout the night our door not locking properly so we had to barricade the door with bags. When we complained there was no help so we just left and booked another hotel

I got a room that was not the one I paid for and chose. It was an unpleasant experience, as it took a lot of time to select hotels and in the end I got something completely different from what I expected. Special thanks to the hostess named David, he is a great person and will help you all

I went to milan for the football had a great time at in the city and at the hotel. Except for when we were leaving i asked the receptionist to get us a airport transfer and me and my friend got absolutely scammed got charged 70 euros for a taxi i am convinced that the hotel works with certain taxi driver to make money off you. Bare in mind i spent 30 euros on a taxi when i got to the airport to the hotel. I understand sometimes for a airport transfer that there is some sort of fee but a 40 euro difference is ridiculous.

Quaint property. I saved money here and was nice enough, but far away from city central. I had to taxi everywhere and the dining in the area was more ethnic than Italian. You would need to walk a bit or taxi to do that

Awful, we were given our key card and went up to the room. Walked in and walked straight back out. The place was completely run down. The power cut 3 times while we were in the room, no power slot for the key card like most hotels. The room was nothing like what we had booked and what was on the pictures, no window (fake window) even know it says view. Stains everywhere and very dirty. Bedding look awful. Didn’t even bother trying it as knew it would give me back problems all weekend. Poor location, not advertised correctly. Do not use this place as it was a lie. We want a full refund as we didn’t stay in the place. Will show pictures of our room and what we were meant to have.
