Great… but.
I loved every second of the stay from when I showed up to the front desk peeps and more. Tremendous location and room was great, spacious and even had a little fireplace! BUT we were on the first floor and we could every word, creek, step, door and movement from our people above. Like unimaginably thin floors so be sure to get the top floor or you won’t sleep.

We had a great stay at the Carmel Bay View Inn. Met folks traveling from around the world in the breakfast room. Convenient to walking around Carmel and also walked to the ocean. So appreciated the more reasonable pricing. Thank you!

A warm day in Carmel
Room was great, we stayed on a very warm day and room was really warm ,had to leave front door and patio door open to cool it down till after 9pm. Didn't have fans from staff. Would be nice if had screen doors for front and patio.
