My daughter and I stood here for three nights. It was an amazing experience staying at our first B&B! The breakfast and happy hour was fantastic! Location was perfect! A 10 min. Walk to downtown, near tastings and amazing restaurants. Will definitely come again.

The Inn is located on a corner right on a busy street. It is very loud all night. The breakfast is good. The staff is not around. We had to text a number to communicate with whomever.

I loved this bed and breakfast! The staff was so nice, friendly, and welcoming! They gave us advice on where to go! It’s. Great location walking distance to the downtown area! Small shop are in a car ride!

Comfortable Cozy Inn in the heart of Napa
We stayed on the first floor and had breakfast on our little deck every morning. It was beautiful, sunny, relaxing and the birds were chirping.The breakfasts were amazing. You could choose to eat in the dining room also. Parking on site and check in was easy. We were within about a half hour from Rutherford, St. Helena, Sonoma and all the wineries and restaurants we wanted to visit. The river and walking areas were very close, about a mile I think. The staff was truly amazing, with daily texts to see if we needed anything and fast responses. There was also a wine and cheese happy hour each day at 5pm. Just another great offering at this beautiful b&b. We would stay here again and I highly recommend this inn to everyone who wants to experience the quaintness of downtown Napa with all the comforts of home and closeness to all wineries.

Pleasant B and B in Napa
Generally, we enjoyed our stay at this B n B. The rooms were clean. The decor was attractive. Check-in was easy, and we found parking on site. There is some noise from traffic, but it was not a big issue during our weeknight. We slept well on the comfy mattress. We could hear sounds from the kitchen below very early in the morning. Luckily, we had gone to bed early, so it did not bother us. The other guests seemed to honor the request to limit noise at night. The bed is very high, and the toilet very low. A tall stool by the bed and a grab bar installed by the toilet would help to prevent injuries for older guests. Do other rooms also have these issues? The breakfast cook made an effort to adjust the frittata for those w special dietary needs--thoughtful! The muffins were fine, but the attractive portions of frittata tasted bad. Hope they see this and sub a tastier recipe. Would stay again, because it was easy for us to grab a roll on our way out of town, and we valued other criteria more.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and used it as a base for exploring Napa, Sonoma and the surrounding area. We arrived after the usual check in time, but the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get in and registration happened the next day. The daily breakfasts were delicious, with alternatives made for those with dietary requirements. The regular wine and cheese happy hour between 5pm and 6pm is an added bonus. Perfect location for walking into Downtown Napa, but far enough away from the bars and restaurants to avoid the noise they create. If we visit the area again, would definitely choose to stay here.

Check in was super easy. Room was very cozy and super convenient for walking to restaurants and pubs. Our room had an outdoor patio that was private and relaxing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. My fiancé kept saying how much he liked the room.

If you enjoy historical, older facilities, this is nice. The common area was beautifully restored. Nice Happy Hour and breakfast. Hot beverages were available 24/7, along with complementary soft drinks. Nice plus. Drawback, if you like modern, this is not for you. The very small TV is in the corner of the room and not really able to view.

The property was a craftsman bungalow, which we had always wanted to stay in. Our room was comfortable and we had a nice outdoor seating area that was private. The room had a cozy fireplace and they offered a cheese and wine snack in the late afternoon. The breakfast was able and tasty. Loved all the architectural details.
