Great Weekend in Napa!
We had an amazing stay in a recently renovated room. The room was clean and spacious with brand new furniture. Our concierge David was simply amazing. He created a hand-written list of vineyards and restaurants for us to visit. He also gave us a bottle of wine and complimentary tickets to the Blue Note Jazz Club in Napa. Great stay. We'll be back!

Excellent choice but note remodeling
Gorgeous remodel currently underway; rooms are huge with 5-star amenities. A couple of items to note: due to large room size, the suite was very chilly! I keep my house cold but even a 74-deg. setting wasn't enough here. Embassy should note: INSTRUCTIONS for Nespresso Pixie are needed (works differently than standard K-cup). Better street signage needed. Luggage carts overbuilt: even my spouse (former warehouse wkr) had trouble maneuvering it when loaded. Positives: staff is excellent, breakfast cafe was a hike but delicious (tip that lovely lady who cooks, pls!), location very convenient.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the grounds although on construction, it was still well kept and clean. The only down was paying for parking. That should be something that should be part of the stay. Didn’t find that too be too appropriate. The grounds aren’t even enclosed or valet parking. I didn’t see the reason to charge.

Room was clean and nice looking. Positive side is the breakfast area was right outside our room which was great. The food was amazing! The shower was the issue for us. Poor water pressure, the tub would fill up to the shins, and toilet handle was broken. The carpet was also a little dirty and trash cans were a little hidden.

The attention to detail this hotel showed was excellent. We love the room ,private patio with fire pit, the pleasant music that played softly in the courtyard area truly was unique . We had an issue with our a/c and the response by management went above and beyond what we asked for. Highly recommended this hotel.

I liked the new and improved rooms, terrific complimentary breakfast cooked fresh to your specifications, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and nice courtyard. I disliked the construction mostly of the indoor pool which was non-usable. Also in the city of Napa, where there is completely free parking pretty much every where, the hotel should not charge daily for parking. In fact the parking should be free, to counter-effect the non-usuable features due to the construction.

I stayed on the weekend with my girlfriend and since we got there they sent us to a room on the back side of the property where they where doing some construction, the walls inside where humid poor painting and poor smell. The big problem was that my car was left in the parking spot at night and when I went to the car in the morning it had vandalism they scratch all the car and broke some rear windows, it was a rental Porsche Cayenne and the cars on my side also had act of vandalism. The hotel solution was to call the cops for a police report and reimbursed me 100 dollars out of 550 dollars that the night cost. I asked Rodney the manager what was the policy of the Hilton hotel when this happened and he said they didn't have a policy for such acts because there cameras where not working. I felt there was no sense of accountability evidently having this vandalism inside there property. Wouldn't stay there again it was not safe and people should consider this post. If you have any doubts of my credibility please contact me and I can share the police report.
