Amazing stay
My wife and I had a fabulous time at Napa Valley hotel and suites. This was the 3rd time that we stayed here and was impressed as always. We loved being able to walk to plenty of dining options. It was about a 5 min walk to the river. Gary at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I had some of the best interactions and conversations with Gary and appreciated all of his help and kindness. Gary made us want to come back!

As most of us know, the Napa Valley is an expensive place, whether to stay or dine. This property is in the perfect spot smack downtown close to all the wonderful dining and eating spots. However, the property for the price is not worth it. Very limited parking, so be prepared to street park. This is basically like a Motel 6 but with Hyatt Regency prices, and they didn't even clean the room nor provide clean towels, etc., for my two day stay. So just know, not the best nor the nicest place for the price, but a great location.

Nice location - but terrible room
The "hotel" appears to be a motel they are probably in the process of converting. However, my room was in terrible condition. Drain cover missing from sink, drywall peeling/hanging from ceiling, old vomit on the floor by the window, shower stall old with residue on the faucet handle, lots of hair on the shower wall (which shows it had not been cleaned before i checked in). I travel with my own little disinfectant cleaner. Worked in the hotel industry for over 13-years. Despite this place having a great location (within walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars), i would never stay there again based off of my experience with this room. Tried adding pics but the upload is not working. I have emailed them to the Hotels.com team though.

Terrible experience
I booked this hotel for my aunt, who came from another state. Here is her terrible experience with their services: On Friday night, guests on the second floor were drinking, partying, and slamming doors until 2:30 a.m. Then, at 3:30 a.m., someone tried to break into her room. Without saying a word, they pounded on the door and tried to turn the latch. Terrified, my aunt held the door closed with a small table, while the banging and pushing continued for about five minutes. Summoning her courage, she finally shouted, "Get away from the door!" The person then started banging on other doors on the floor, disturbing all the guests. My aunt was so shaken that it took her half an hour to gather the strength to call the front desk. When she did, she told them everything, fearing the intruder might still be nearby. The manager's only response was, "Okay, we’ll get rid of him." My aunt made it clear she wouldn't open her door for anyone, not even for security, hoping they would handle the situation. She considered calling the police but was too exhausted. She remained frightened and awake until daylight before finally dozing off for just an hour. At checkout, when she confronted the hotel manager, he seemed indifferent to her ordeal. Please leave a negative review based on this loud, frightening experience and the hotel's lack of safety and security standards. That's her feedback.

Location is great for downtown Napa. Front desk staff was adequate. Room itself was not clean and had a dead fish smell. Bathroom was not clean, moldy shower head & dingy walls. Needs a refresh.

Property was average. Parking is terrible. Theres about 20 spots in their lot and surrounding area is timed. So my group, of 4 cars, was moving vehicles every 3 hours for two days. Rooms were old, dated and barely functional. One sink was clogged and in the other room the ironing board wouldn’t stay closed. Ice maker was out of service. Staff was friendly. Location was phenomenal.

A little bit ghetto
We stayed here as part of our West Coast tour. Every hotel in downtown Napa was crazy expensive and this was all we could find sub-$400. Honestly, it’s properly ghetto. Any hotel that has to caution people against room parties and smoking weed prior to them checking in needs to be given a wide berth.
