Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

The perfect size and location for teens!
From the booking to the ending of our stay, the process was smooth and easy. The size and location was perfect for our daughter’s birthday vacation. Close enough to the boardwalk yet set back enough to avoid the traffic. The property was centrally located to the ice cream at the pier, shopping at Jack’s and walking distance to market and Bear Flag Fish Company! We would definitely seek to reserve at this unit again.

Great family vacation
We rented 2 units, one upstairs and one down. Location is perfect. We were with our adult daughters and their families. Beach was lovely and not crowded. Houses were great. Garage was big enough for 2 trucks. We will stay again. Very affordable and as advertised.
