These beautiful units are literally just a few steps to the sand (only 1 house between us and the sand). We provide everything you'll need for your stay including all of the linens, fully equipped kitchen and we even provide a few of the basic pantry items you will need (salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods, etc...).
This property is a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs (totally separate entrances). There is also a sofa bed and daybed downstairs. So there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. Between the upstairs and downstairs there are 8 beds total (this includes a daybed that is slightly smaller than a twin) plus a sofa bed which can sleep 1 adult or 2 kids.
Both units have fireplaces, there are skylights upstairs, a balcony upstairs with a BBQ and peek a boo ocean view from each side.
The two car garage comes in handy in summer and spring when parking can be difficult. We do have fairly good free street parking in front of the house too and a paid parking lot in walking distance that you can use overnight for free. There is a separate garage for bicycles and beach toys and washers/dryers.
We also provide sand toys, beach chairs/towels, wagons, boogie boards, surf boards, bicycles with helmets and locks and more!
The location can't be beat - just far enough from the craziness of the piers but, close enough to ride the provided bikes there in 10 minutes or less! Just a few minutes to the north is Huntington Beach with the brand new Pacific City shopping and restaurants.
Please do not make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house without prior permission from the host.
