This one is 5x more AMAZING but with the same attention to detail and attentive host that will provide you all the beast area recommendations to assure you the very best time while you are staying as our guest.

Great location!

Cute, cozy home right on the beach! Tons to do in the area. Amy was super responsive and kind! Beds are very comfortable! Back bedroom was warm at night because there is no air conditioner and fans only helped a bit. Master bedroom was great because of mobile air conditioner. Was an exceptionally hot few days so normally wouldn’t be a problem, I’m sure! Kitchen was well stocked and living area was adorable and clean!

Girls Getaway

We had a blast at this super cute beach house! The house was very clean, had plenty of beach supplies and is right on the boardwalk! Amy was super easy to work with! We can't wait to come back!!!!!

Great beach vacation

We had a great stay with our three elementary school aged kids. The location is wonderful - walkable to the pier, donuts, coffee shop, etc. The owners were incredibly responsive and very thoughtful - the house is stocked with all sorts of beach toys, boogie boards, paddle boards, towels and so much more. Highly recommend for a fun time at the beach!

Amazing Location wonderful beach-front home

A picture showing that the back room is a room that sleeps six TOGETHER would have been clearer as on-line pictures appear as though there were three bedrooms but in reality there are two bedrooms. House had everything we needed plus bikes and spectacular location and view! Touch-uppaint on all doors, closets would help aesthetics. Hosts were excellent communicators! Perfect location! We had an amazing time for sure. Would definitely return!

Paradise at the Beach Staying at the Happy Place

We enjoyed our stay at the Happy Place in Newport Beach. We were right across the walkway to the sand and had many days, simply enjoying the view. Our family and friends took turns visiting during the week, so we felt like the Happy Place really worked for us and the Host Amy was very attentive. Thanks for a great visit.

The perfect beach home and and even better host!

This house is the perfect beach getaway! Right on the boardwalk! Close walk to Newport Pier, coffee and food; but far enough to avoid some of the night noise/traffic. This beach house has everything you could imagine! The garage easily fit our 7 passenger SUV. Check in was keyless and easy. From chairs to beach towels to paddle boards to beach toys it has everything for fun on the sun/water. The house is well equipped with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, heaters for cool nights, games, bicycles and laundry. No complaints about the two bedrooms and bathrooms. While the house was perfect for my wife and two kids 2 and under; Amy the host, is what made this home even better. She went above and beyond any host we have ever interacted with. Before our stay she sent recommendations; helped me surprise my wife with a birthday cake in the fridge; procured a pack and play and high chair for our baby girl. She was responsive, helpful, and beyond accommodating. She made our trip extra special with her insights, kindness and was not in anyway intrusive. I can’t say enough of her hospitality. Stay here and you won’t regret it. Would definitely love to come back!

No sun but still had fun!

I can see why this is called The Happy Place! We had the best stay, close to Disneyland (less than 30 min) unreal beach views, and close parks for the kids. The weather didn’t cooperate but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. We are already discussing when we will go back, there is so much to do! Host was great at communicating and there were so many extras included: beach chairs, beach toys and games, paddle boards to name a few. Thanks for a great week and we will return!

The area was great - right on the beach, great view and fun to watch people and dogs on the boardwalk. We went in January, so got a pretty significant winter storm, but also got some great weather and enjoyed the area. House is well equipped

Great Location

Perfect location for beachfront fun, restaurants, and shopping. 3 Cruiser bicycles included with rental were an added bonus. Home was clean and well stocked. Garage that fit our Suburban was nice and an added peace of mind. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Great stay!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our Happy Place is spot on!

What a magical 2 days spent ON the beach! The place is bigger than it appears on the pictures and it has everything you could possibly need. It really felt like we were staying with friends. The kitchen was fully stocked, including condiments, which was so nice to have. Having two bathrooms was also super convenient with having 6 people trying to get ready, and they were fully stocked as well. Then there were all the toys. We didn't have a chance to use the bikes and SUPs but they were available if we wanted. We chose to go for walks and boogie board instead. It was nice to have plenty of towels and everything was right there! This was truly a perfect place to come and disconnect. People watching was great fun and it was so close to so many great places. Thanks for hosting us!

Happy Place!!

Our friends and family had a great stay! The house had all the extras one could hope for. The beds were comfortable the linens were awesome amd the couch was super comfy. We used the paddleboards and chairs that were made available and having a way to do laundry was awesome. The location was great. Close enough to the pier amd morning coffee but far enough from the business of the pier. Thank you for providing a great trip!!!

Great stay at the Happy Place

Had a wonderful time at this little beach house. It was plenty of room for the 4 of us and a dog. All the toys are a real plus. Amy is 'hostess with the mostess' for sure, and made sure we had everything we needed, and lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. We never had to pull our car out! We will plan on being back!

Perfect spot on the beach

Really had a great stay, everything we needed. Grandchildren took the boogie boards and sand toys to the bay and played catch/wiffle ball on the beach. We all enjoyed the chairs on the boardwalk!

Amazing hosts and perfect location.

Amy was a absolute dream of a host! She communicated regularly with me before our stay and during our stay was very helpful in answering questions and giving lots of suggestions of what to do around the area! The home is clearly cared for and loved, and the location is perfect! It is close to everything and we really appreciated all of the extras that were provided in the home. Bikes, paddle boards, boogie board, beach chairs and the beach games!
