This beautiful upstairs unit has been completely renovated. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other and provide a great open concept perfect for family gatherings.
The bedrooms all have flat screen TV's, ceiling fans (except in the bunk room), quality comfortable mattresses, and quality linens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a great meal for the family including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/range, Rice Cooker/Slow cooker, blender, and filtered water at sink and fridge (ice).
We have central air conditioning which really is necessary in the summer months in Newport.
The fireplace is easy to use with a remote start.
The wrap around balcony has peek a boo views of the ocean. We provide a bbq and propane tank. There are chairs and a bench on the balcony to relax after a long beach day.
This unit gets one spot in the garage and there is free overnight parking in front of the house. There is also a paid parking lot within walking distance of the house.
We provide beach cruisers with helmets and locks, beach toys, boogie boards, surf boards, wagons to haul stuff to beach, umbrellas, pop-up tents, tons of wetsuits, sand toys, and more. Enjoy free use of washer/dryer and we provide the laundry soap.
This side of Newport is quieter and more relaxing than being right next to the pier but still only takes 10 minutes by bicycle to get there (2 miles), walking distance to restaurants like the famous Cappy's Cafe, Spaghetti Bender and Eat Chow. Just a quick drive is Huntington Beach with great shopping / restaurants. Pacific City is just a 5 minute drive and has great ocean view restaurants.
Please do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. We have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras outside per the suggestion of the city of Newport Beach to monitor if there are any complaints from neighbors. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house without prior permission from the host.
Families please note that this is an upstairs unit and noise does transfer through the floors. If it will be hard to keep kids from running, jumping, and being noisy, please consider renting a downstairs unit.
Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues. Consider travel insurance.
Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).
