Everything was excellent & would’ve earned 5 stars from me but not happy with the very visible cobwebs on the ceiling and, worse, all the cobwebs on my arms after manually drawing the drapes. So gross!

This was a great place to stay with an amazing view of Niagara Falls and staff that were very pleasant to interact with. The room was also very comfortable. The only downside were the spiders and cobwebs in the room and the flying bugs that the staff let in one day while they were cleaning. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay!

This hotel is noticeably less friendly than other locations. The front desk staff's ability to answer questions is below average and they are rude. The hotel's parking lot is across the street and you have to walk. It can be a hassle and difficult process for families with lots of luggage. You can park your car at the front desk for a while and unload your luggage, but it is not big enough so it feels like a busy market during peak hours. There is a valet parking option. There were hair clumps on the carpet in the room. The view of the waterfall is beautiful, but it was not very satisfying because it was on a low floor. I had to wait in line for breakfast, and the waitress who asked for ice never came back to me. For a night that I paid about $1000 including tax, it was no better than any other Marriott hotel or other cheaper hotels.

Good location for Falls activities. Room was nice. Bathroom was great with big walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Pillows were comfortable, bed not very comfortable. Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed. Ice machines on most floors weren't working. Room service tray in the room next to us sat in hallway for 2 days.

When we checked in, we were told we would have a "River View" and that we were going to be placed on higher floor (18) to have an even better view. NOT True....it was a view of the parking lot and side of the hotel. When I called the desk, I was told...Yes....that is called the "River view" NOT actually a river....but the direction of a "River". Which could not be seen in any way. Misleading. They blamed the fact that I booked through a travel service. I said, this was told to me by the front desk when I checked in. the room itself was nice. but it was NOT what I was lead to believe would be my accommodations.
