The valet person accused us of being at the wrong hotel while trying to check-in, even followed my husband to the check-in desk to “make sure” that was where he was going then opened the driver seat door while me and my very small children were waiting to lecture me on what my husband should be doing - which was literally nothing wrong. It felt extremely prejudice/judgmental. It bothered us the entire stay.

Front desk staff had poor service. Key card was not working and had it changed twice, only to realize that the actual door mechanism was not working. Had asked front desk if we could just get another room as we had been waiting to check in for over an hour now, and was at. Ridiculous. Asked for a manager who was able to solve the problem immediately. It should never have got to that point

Hotel was horrible. When we checked in, the light in our room’s hallway was broken. Room was old and windows were dirty. Bathroom lacked lighting and didn’t have slippers or toothbrushes and we had to ask for them twice before being able to get them. Breakfast was served with a dirty spoon and asked for green tea and never came. Horrible experience.

The room had a beautiful view but the air conditioner didn’t work and made a constant dripping noise. The bathroom had shoddy fixtures, nowhere to hang towels to dry, and the floor was not properly sealed so water seeped in and then oozed back out whenever we walked in it. Also, the refrigerator started making noise so we had to unplug it to get back to sleep.
