We love the Wynn but this stay was a little bit if a let down. Our room was not upgraded and the nightstand plugs did not work. We called to ask for a room change and they said there were no rooms available so they eventually sent maintenance to repair it. We were there on Christmas week so it is a slow week for Vegas, not sure why they wouldn’t have any more rooms available.

While our second room was amazing, we were first assigned a smoking room on a smoking floor even though we had requested a non smoking room. The smell of smoke hit us as soon as the elevator doors opened up and was worst in the room. However, we received quick, friendly, and professional service from the front desk to reassign us. They also were very accommodating in scheduling tours. Lastly, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and modern. The room's technological amenities were highly impressive. Recommendations: two free bottles of water per day and better signage on property for tour bus stops.

As a loyal client of Wynn and Encore, I have always appreciated the luxury and comfort of these properties. However, during my recent stay at Encore, I noticed areas that could be improved: Room Cleanliness: It did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect. More attention to detail would elevate the experience. Amenities: Slippers, which were previously available in the room, now need to be requested through the receptionist. This change feels like a step down in convenience. That said, the hotel’s location remains unbeatable—central and within close proximity to everything you could need. Encore is still a great choice for luxury accommodations, but I hope these minor issues are addressed to maintain the brand’s reputation for excellence.
