Hotel is OK, but let me share some details... THE SMELL: The hotel pumps a scent into the air and when you first arrive, it's so strong it causes headaches and nausea. By the time we left, we did not notice as much, but even as I'm typing this, that smell has saturated all of my clothing, luggage, personal items, etc. CHECK-IN: Very, very slow. Expect to wait in their line for 45 minutes or more...And we checked-in on a slow day (Tuesday). What makes that specific experience worse is that our check-in agent kept sharing personal information and details, which added almost 15 to 20 minutes to the process. I really just wanted to interrupt her and ask her to focus on getting us checked-in. ROOM EQUIPMENT: Ensure it's all working when you first head to your room and also know HOW to work it. Fridges have a button you have to push to keep it cold for only a few hours. BUT, you would not know if it was not working upon first arrival and one of ours didn't and spoiled the leftovers from a $200 meal. BALCONY: There's no way they can enforce the no marijuana/vaping on the balconies. The way the HVAC works in the hotel is it actually sucks in air from the balcony door into the room, so all night my room smelled like I was chain-smoking blunts and joints. Sure, it might help you sleep, but if that's not your thing, it's quite annoying. You can't even go just sit outside unless you want a contact high. Views are amazing.
