This exquisite retreat offers all the amenities of oceanfront North Coast Village, an absolutely gorgeous interior, yet it's very affordable! G1 is a beautifully remodeled cottage with a cozy fireplace, hard surface flooring throughout , new leather living room furniture and a Smart TV.

The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It is equipped with dishes, pots, pans and flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The dining table area has seating for 6.

The primary bedroom has a new comfortable pillow top bed and is equipped with a 40 in Smart TV and complete blackout curtains. Enjoy your own private entrance, and a secluded, shaded patio to enjoy your very own secret garden!

Both bathrooms have been remodeled with custom tile. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds and complete blackout curtains.

When it's time to head to the beach, you'll find beach chairs and towels provided for you in the condo. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free high speed wireless Internet.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite vacation destination for vacationers from all over the world. The complex consists of nine three-story buildings on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX!

Swim in the large heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Stroll around the lush tropical grounds with streams, waterfalls, Koi ponds, and beautiful gardens. In the evening, gorgeous colored lights create a magical atmosphere.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. At the end of the Oceanside Pier you'll find Ruby's, a fun family restaurant.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

North Coast Village offers billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, putting green, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking; cable television; recreation center; clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls; laundry in building; and elevator access to all floors.

Rain forest hideaway

We really enjoyed the stay, the beach was a nice stroll through the property and the landscaping, water elements, fish and ducks were a plus. The pool was the perfect temperature after swimming in the cold Pacific. The cottage had everything you could want, the three fans provided really cooled it off at night. I would recommend this cottage to friends and family. Great location!

You can’t beat North Coast Village

Another great stay at North Coast Village! We love our trips to Oceanside and if you are staying in Oceanside, you can’t beat NCV. G1 was a fine unit with a responsive and professional management team. The condo was clean and super convenient to have an end unit right by the check-in/guard office. There is a train nearby, but it didn’t bother us at all…I only recall hearing it once the whole trip. The location of NCV is great…right on the beach. Great walks each morning to the pier and back. So many places to eat and the farmers market is a lot of fun. The only thing I wished for was some boogie boards in the unit. We ended up renting boogie boards, which was easy and convenient, but added $120 to our overall costs. I would certainly stay in this unit again, but I think next time I will lean toward a unit with available boogie boards for use.

Beautiful scenic, walk from the beach property!

This place was absolutely beautiful!! The house was well kept and perfect for our family! It was on the beach you just walk out the gate! The pool and hot tub areas were beautiful as well, and such a short drive from all amusement parks! We wish it didn’t rain on our last couple days we wouldn’t loved to use the pool more but we’ll def be back!!

Not a cottage, but a still a great condo.

Read the description carefully. This is titled as a 'cottage' but it is NOT a stand alone building as I think the word cottage implies. It is a condo on the bottom floor and end of a long building of condos. That being said, once I got over the disappointment of having attached neighbors upstairs and to the side, the stay was lovely. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the location is great, so close to the beach and harbor. We really enjoyed all of the amenities available at the North Coast Village.

Winter Getaway

Needing a break from the bitter cold, we escaped to the CA coast! Our first time staying in Oceanside and it did not disappoint. Plenty of eateries nearby and lots to do and see. The condo is in a good location and comfortable. The complex is secure and has lots to offer.

Condo was great. Well stocked with dishes, towels, toilet paper, etc. One of the few times I stayed somewhere and didn’t have to reach out for something. The only cons were the train and ants. The condo is at the very front of the complex next to the road and train tracks. We really noticed the outside noise the first night. We were good after that. Either got used to it or was so tired didn’t hear it. Lol! Ants are common in California. We had a few. But one day we got back and there were literally hundreds in the kitchen, on the stove, in the dishwasher. It was bad. But they had ant spray under the sink that worked great. We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful and right on the beach. We saw beautiful sunsets. Easy walk to the pier and. Marina. Love seeing the sea-lions and seals! Would definitely stay there again.

Beach resort getaway

This was a fantastic little condo in the north Coast Village resort. The complex is right on the beach, with excellent surf and ocean play directly in front. Gardens are gorgeous, and the pool area is very nice and well kept. Didnt seem busy at all. Quiet as well. Was nice to walk south down the beach, or sidewalk to the Oceanside pier, and easily into the town center of Oceanside. A very short walk to shops and quality restaurants at the Oceanside Harbor village. Awesome value for the size of our unit, and the location of North Coast Village is amazing. Will definitley return.

Unit was fine, location was as far away from beach as you can get. Great looking Patio thst is saturated in lights and noise as it’s next to guard shack . That was very un comfortable , Then the train goes by every twenty minutes . Gated community is nice and location to other stuff is nice. Never saw any of these issues when reviewing.

If you love being in the beach all day everyday then it doesn't get much better or as affordable as this place! We would beach all day then hit the pool and hot tub before returning back to the condo for some dinner. Will come back.

Overall we had a good experience. I wish there was a little bit more thought and oversight. *Out of the 3 advertised Beach chairs, only one was usable. *The provided fans were extremely dusty and noisy (we did let the host know and they brought us one new fan). *The remote for the Cox receiver was not working /paired so we did not have access to the the TV in the leaving room. *Patio door and screen off rails and very hard to open/close. *unable to close /lock Front door screen *wish I had a decent and clean broom and dustpen & something to wipe/clean the floors as needed as we had 2 crawling babies (there was a bucket but not something I would use ore touch). *carpet in the leaving room dirty. For the outrageous cleaning fee that we were charged (close to $200) we were kindly asked to: put all the towels in the bins, load and start the dishwasher, empty the fridge, take out the trash. Although most of these are common sense things one is expected to do when leaving a room....when charged over 30% of the entire stay for cleaning only.. It would be nice to not be 'reminded'. On a positive note - The furniture is good, beds are comfortable. Bathrooms renovated and clean. Grounds are beautiful and secluded with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the harbor and Pier. The beach is great and did not get very busy in the few days we were there. Will most likely come back to the resort but will look for other options for accommodation.

This unit was in a great location by the patrol office and the gym easy walking distance to the pool. Probably most important mention would be all three beds were so comfortable! It’s a bummer when you take a vacation and you can’t sleep but that wasn’t the case here! The other thing that we were very thankful for was all of the kitchen utensils we had everything we needed to cook any meal we desired! This is a great place for a vacation!
