Stunning, 12-bedroom single family home sitting directly on the water! If you have a large group, this home is for you! This four-story rental has two full kitchens with granite counters, an oceanfront patio, barbecue, and patio furniture, an amazing rooftop deck with more patio furniture, a barbecue, and another private spa! Beautiful travertine floors and stunning details throughout. Open living room and kitchen areas, with the lower level living room opening up right onto an oceanfront patio. There are 4 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

The property location was excellent, it was clean and set up very well for a large group of people. The only possible negative was the lack of air conditioning/ cooling in the common spaces. Note that San Diego was exceptionally hot during our stay so this is likely not a concern and was mitigated with opening the available windows and doors to try and get as much breeze as possible throught he common spaces.

Fabulous for large groups

We had family come into town for a wedding and this home hosted everyone with a private bathroom and bath while allowing the living areas for hangout and great views! It is exactly what it says in the description. We were very happy.

Team Building Corporate Escape

We were looking for a corporate retreat that had comfortable rooms and bathrooms for each attendee, a walkable location for meals and ample space for training sessions as a group and for breakouts. This house accomplished all these items and more. With multiple large communal spaces and tables, balconies and ensuites for every room I would definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic Property

We had a group of couples stay at this amazing property for a long weekend. We loved opening the floor to ceiling window doors and just letting the breeze and the sounds of the ocean come into the room. The property is well set up for large groups and we had everything we needed.

Great beach house for family reunion! We all had a fantastic time!!

Overall, it was fabulous, but some of the back bedrooms got pretty hot, loved that there were so many washers and dryers, house was very well equipped. Great experience!

Family reunion 2022

It was an easy process from start to finish. Property manager was quick to respond to questions I had from the beginning through our stay. Small maintenance issues were rectified with in an hour. The property as large enough to accommodate our family comfortably, it met all of our expectations and then some. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The view was spectacular. We look to plan our next family reunion in the same beach house.

The house was dusty. The floor was dirty. The jets in the hot tubs was dirty. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tubs. I call and ask beachfront to come and clean and dust and clean the jets in the hot tub. Before we could eat. We had the dust the counters off and the appliances off. We shouldn’t have to come in a house, we rent and clean. This was on all the floors. I called beachfront and asked them to send some over to show us where the elevator and to give us a tour of the house. They wanted know why I need a tour. I were told the house has a elevator and we would have to pay $100 for to use the elevator. I called them the day before we got there and told them we wanted the elevator and I was told that maintenance have to check it out and see if it works and they will call me back. I never received a call back. The maintenance man came a gave me a tour and took pictures of the property not being cleaned. They sent someone to cleaned the next day. She did an excellent job. They called me the day we were leaving and told me someone will be out today. When I called them and asked them to clean the jets. They asked can they come tomorrow. I said no. We’re checking out tomorrow. We didn’t get a chance to use none of the house. I went a brought a swimsuit for the hotel. The beachfront management team has to get better. When we were checking out the cleaning crew was there before 10:00 to clean. Why didn’t we get the same clean house the next group was getting? Any questions you can call me at the number I gave you!!

It fit us all

This was a great place that fit our whole family of 39 people in a beautiful location. We absolutely loved the views! We had to walk a half a mile toward the pier to get any beach to play on but we were able to watch dolphins play in the ocean right from our balcony. Our only complaints are a few things that were missing when we checked in but the property manager who welcomed us addressed those promptly and then the other problem was that the electrical outlets kept tripping and we had to search around to find breaker panels throughout the week to keep flipping them. Other than that our accommodations were wonderful!

Family reunion

This was a great property that accommodated our large family. Location in Oceanside is great, with beautiful views from every floor. This is our 2nd stay with Beachfront only, and the properties and management response to questions and issues is pretty seamless.
