Listen to the magical music of the waves from this beautiful 'Surf 'n Sand' ocean view condominium. Unobstructed views of the waves, sand, surfers, boats, dolphins and sunsets abound from this luxurious, remodeled, west-facing two-bedroom condo. This is a second floor, single level, corner unit, with panoramic sand and whitewater Pacific Ocean views from the living room, kitchen, dining room and both bedrooms enjoy sounds of the surf in every room!

Tastefully furnished in soothing shades of the ocean, this beautiful condo features a La-Z-Boy queen size sofa bed, leather recliner, and two comfortable chairs in the living room. Enjoy the updated and relaxing ocean chic interior. The chef's kitchen provides granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, and is fully equipped for cooking gourmet meals! You'll find gorgeous remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers, and beautiful crown moldings throughout the condo.

The primary bedroom features a Stearns and Foster king size pillow-top bed for your total comfort as the waves lull you asleep. The secondary bedroom has two comfortable pillow top twin beds.

There are 3 TV's for your entertainment. The TV located in the living room is a Samsung Smart TV. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for vacationers from around the world. The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross - this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the large heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. At the end of the Oceanside Pier you'll find Ruby's, a fun family restaurant.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

What a great place to stay! We have stayed at NCV many times and stayed in a different condo for each visit. This is the one we will try to rent first from here on out! Great location, view, comfortable furniture and bed, the kitchen had absolutely everything you could ever want to cook, bake, BBQ, or drink! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and a wagon for hauling it all! (used it to unpack/pack the car too!) Love! Love! Love!

Property was well maintained and clean. A few broken screens but nothing serious. We were warned of the ants issue prior to checkin and there were traps laid out. There were definitely ants but they were very small and more of a nuisance than a huge issue. Towels, linens and kitchen were well stocked and everything was easily accessible. Gorgeous views and super easy access to beach, laundry, and parking.

This unit was awesome. It had everything you would need for the beach and more. There were towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. They also had so many extra pillows and soft blankets that my boys loved. The location of the unit is hard to beat with great access to the beach, pool and parking spot. The beds are very comfortable and they had plenty of towels. There were some ants but the issue was only a nuisance on the last day of our stay and we were aware that we could have contacted someone if we needed help with the situation. The WiFi only wanted to work for us in the bedrooms and not in the living room. This wasn’t a huge problem because we get spotty reception in Oceanside as it is so that could have been a factor. Overall, this has been our very favorite unit to stay in. It was such an awesome unit.

Annual get together
In planning a get together for three siblings in their 60s and 70s, the requirements were very specific. We wanted an ocean view with a balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, at least two bedrooms with good beds, and an elevator and/or disability access, because one of our group uses a mobility scooter. The ocean view from the balcony was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped with three different coffee makers, and most any appliance that one would care to use while on vacation. A separate icemaker was very handy as the refrigerator did not seem to make ice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were breezy. The furniture was ample. Several small lap blankets for sitting in the living room would have been nice. As far as using a mobility scooter, a few details might be important. The elevator was a bit hard to get in and out of on certain floors as one had to be sure and let people board the elevator before driving the mobility scooter in. Most of the doors in the complex were not friendly to a mobility scooter on a lone mission as none had buttons to automatically open the doors, and they were all spring loaded. A tiny ramp to the outside pool area was not sufficient for a mobility scooter to traverse. Luckily for us, a friendly teenager lifted the stuck mobility scooter off the ramp, and sent us on our way. Obviously, we did not go along that path again. This was all in building D. Other buildings may be more accessible All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely and well equipped condo with a beautiful ocean view!! Loved sitting on the patio enjoying the sound and beauty of the ocean. Watched the surfers every day (they are out there every day from 5:30 am until sunset). Condo was comfortable and felt like home! So happy with so many hangers in the closet LOL. Overall - excellent - would love to stay there again next year!!!

Wonderful!
The location of the condo is perfect. Open the sliding door and the windows and all you can hear is the ocean. The balcony was perfect for sunsets and the first cup of coffee in the morning. The condo was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-supplied with cookware, utensils, glassware, and plates. Everything, tv, appliances, fireplace, wifi, etc., worked properly. Management was quick to respond to questions. We all loved our stay and didn't want to leave!

We loved this place. In my opinion, the condo was even better than the photos. The only issue was with streaming as wifi would just cut in and out. If that is an important feature, it’s good to know ahead of time. We would love to stay here again!

Great location, beautiful grounds, excellent staff and property maintenance.
This property is well worth repeat visits. The garden grounds are beautiful snd entice you to take a walk through them. The pool l, spa and decks are cleaned every morning. More than adequate seating and sun umbrellas around the pool. I brought “throw away” bbq grills with me because of my past experience with community grills. Not at NCV! The patio-eating areas are cleaned daily, the bbqs are also cleaned daily. Every morning at 7:00 a crew of maintenance employees can be seen, cleaning all bbqs with steam so they are clean, sanitized and ready for the day’s guests. There is even a sink in the bbq area. The pool/spa/decks are also cleane every morning. I found this to be very impressive. This complex is excellent.
