Enjoyed the stay love the ocean and walks there with my dog. A little too crowded busy for pup but came to spend time with family for celebration so within 15 mins of their home. Worked well

Small but everything you need
It was small but perfect for 2 people. The patios and view were great. Needs some updating, but we spent most of our time outside. The strand is busy..fun to people watch. But the cars do continue into the night.

Nice and clean, perfect for a single person.
Neat, clean, good location for ocean access and ocean front. Strand location can be busy and loud at times with a lot of traffic. I am a single older male and I was mindful of safety but no issues for me. I could imagine that another person might feel unsafe. I should say that I am from the area and was aware of the busy nature of the location. Good home base for a surf trip . I would stay again but not on a weekend as the traffic and walk traffic increases .

The inside was completely run down and unkempt.
When I attempted to contact management, they would not call me back. They would not send someone out the same day to clean the location nor would they refund me my money. In my opinion, I could not stay in that place because it was too run down and unkept. Still to this day, I have not received a phone call from management despite multiple attempts.

Pictures are deceiving. We thought we were right on the beach and could see the water. However , this place is across the street and there is parking that blocked our view of the ocean the entire time. The beach directly across the street is all rocks. You can’t lay out there. You have to walk about 300 yards down the street for sand. Weekends are crazy busy and there is a one-way road to get to our spot. That was nuts! Cleanliness of sheets was unacceptable but the staff too care of everything right away!! Cute place but be prepared for those things.

This property was great for traveling with a dog. There was a nice outside patio and turf area that made it very easy for taking the dog outside. Only things I wish I would have realized prior to staying was that there was no dish washer and that the washer/dryer were shared and outside of the condo. However, everything was very clean and well kept! So despite it being very small, It was still perfectly comfortable traveling with two kids under 5 and a dog! The location was amazing that is for sure too. We would stay again and recommend family/friends to stay there as well.

Beautiful ocean side getaway
The rental has a cozy living space, nice size kitchen, spacious bedroom, and lounging area the front of the unit. Washer and dryer available behind the unit. It was such a breeze to check in and out of the unit because management team sent emails and texts with necessary information to check-in and check-out. I definitely recommend this place and would consider coming back.

Great location!
I really enjoyed my time here. It was further down the strand which helped 'dampen' a lot of the beach foot traffic. Its steps away from the beach but set back a bit from the street to help with that noise. Great turf space if you bring pets too.
