Beautiful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, LOWER LEVEL unit, sitting on The Strand in Oceanside, Ca. Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Kitchen has all amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach! This unit also features a gorgeous rooftop deck.

THE SPA WILL BE NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AS OF 1/1/2024.

BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is out the front door and across The Strand, straight onto the sand. The Strand is a single lane 15mph access way for the properties along this road and is pedestrian friendly. The Strand is not a thoroughfare, and there is no parking on The Strand.

PARKING: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces in the Underground Garage

As disclosed, there is a lightly traveled street between this four unit residence and the beach. Location is in walking distance to the pier, many restaurants, and harbor. Overall a good experience and I will consider returning.

Right on the sand so much so that we were the envy of all passers by. Exquisite property and location. Well appointed with each bedroom with an en suite. Clean residence with modern look. Responsive management company. Enjoyed our stay and it made the 50th birthday celebration special for all involved!

Great getaway!
My wife, son (16), daughter (12) and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the place. We had my assistant and her husband and 3 kids over. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful and fun! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location
The view was perfect, the beach just across the street. This was for a special birthday and I wanted my family around. There was plenty of space for 10 people. The first bedrooms sink had a drainage issue, but that happens with sand. The only suggestion I would make is to install a timed shower outside to get rid of the sand. There is a palm tree on south east corner that could be replaced by a shower. Best part was I didn't have to change sheets, or clean when we left.

Perfect Location
The space was perfect for my family of 9(including 3 Infants). The Views from the balcony were amazing. You can hear the ocean and the Sunsets were incredible. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

Great beach home location
This was the perfect vacation rental to have my family all come together for some rest and relaxation! The property is adorable and well laid out. Every bedroom has a private bathroom. The retractable doors were perfect to sit and enjoy the beach. Perfect location to restaurants and conveniences. Definately will go back again

The view!!!

Winter at the beach
Not the ideal time to go in December but the property was breathtaking and a close walk to the pier and it’s restaurants. It was really cold and space heaters were provided for every room, which was good because it was really cold. The rooms were really nice and loved that each had its own bathroom. The only thing that was tough to navigate was the fake and frosted wall in between two of the rooms. Otherwise, we had 6 people staying there and it was plenty spacious. Thank you for the hospitality and convenience.

Our Beachfront stay in Oceanside
Our family had the most wonderful week in Oceanside, CA in two of these beach front properties. We had plenty of room for our large extended family (between the two condos) and the location was PERFECT! It couldn't have been better. The communication of the property management company was excellent from start to finish (and even once during our stay) We hope to be able to stay here again!

Oceanside strand review
Very nice property with a great view but... City of Oceanside was dredging the beach directly in front of the building. This meant 1-4 LARGE CAT bulldozers all day AND night. Blocked the view and NO ocean access from the unit. This along with bunk beds in one room instead of a full bed and a hot tub that was empty when we arrived really put a damper on things. It turns out that the hot tub needed replacement which was done the day before we left. We should have been warned about the dredging and requested a partial refund, which was ignored. They did offer to change out the bunk bed but once settled we really didn’t want workers coming into the unit.

perfect for a short weekend! only note is that there are not actually 4 full beds - 1 room is bunk beds. the photos misleadingly depict 2 images of the same room. the check in/check out time is also a bit intense.

WOW!
This property was worth every penny! The location can not be beat as it's on a stretch of beach without those big rocks, and with lots of sand, which is very hard to find in Oceanside. Being able to just walk out of the condo and cross the street to the ocean is really amazing. The condo itself was super comfortable and spacious. Lots of great amenities. I have one thing I would change and that's to have some kind of foot rinsing station on the outside of the building. Other than that it's pretty perfect! We had one hiccup with the AC and they had it fixed within an hour.

Amazing Home
This home has everything. It’s your home away from home. From the kitchen, washer & dryer, utensils, bathrooms, the gas grill, and being so close to the beach, what a dream. Our stay will be memorable for the ages and we’ll definitely be back!!
