Coastal Retreat - D107 at North Coast Village

Get away from it all and relax on your own ocean view balcony! Watch the sailboats go by and the surfers hang ten to your heart's content from this newly remodeled beach condo at North Coast Village. You'll love the wood-look flooring, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and beautiful furnishings including a queen size sofa bed! The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and serving pieces.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

As you walk through the staffed secure gate to oceanfront North Coast Village, you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.

You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, and sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit.

When you venture through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat with volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back! Beach towels and chairs are provided with the condo.

To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1.

Loves our stay and we are coming back :). Below are details.Location: Was literally steps away from the beach. The property matched exactly as advertised and was better than we expected. We walked the strand and the harbor area. If you love beaches and also want to enjoy pool, u can’t ask for more.Condo amenities: Had everything you need. The complex has access to a fully stocked gym, heated pool, hangout area etc. Property was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and very new. The appliances were new models and worked great. U could see that the owner cares and took care of the place. Felt like our home. Only minor issue I have here is the pull-out sofa had sand on it. Not a big deal, but wanted to mention it.Overall 10/10. One feedback I would give is to extend checkout to 11 am. Currently it’s at 10 am and we had to rush in the morning to be out on time.

We absolutely loved our stay in Oceanside! We couldn't have been happier with the condo and all of the amenities that were included. The unit was very clean and well designed. Cute and clean condo
We have been staying at NCV for ten years and stay in a different unit each time. This location has a nice ocean side view from the balcony and is very quiet and private. We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout drapes so you aren't up at dawn. We would definitely stay here again.

The beach is right outside along with all the amenities. The grounds are Hawaii like. Very lush green and beautiful gardens along with water falls. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and quiet. Eating places are just a five minute walk. As a family, we stay here all summer! We’re coming back!

Charming Coastal Retreat
Our only regret is that we didn't spend a couple more days playing at the beach. This retreat is very accurately depicted on the VRBO website. It is located near the beach as well as to a marina with restaurants and shops. The walk to the pier was a highlight. The beach is beautiful and while we were there not crowded. The "condo" itself was well appointed, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable and cozy. We did not spend a ton of time at our lodging because so many attractions are located nearby, however it made for a lovely home base. We would definitely consider staying again if our travels took us to the San Diego area.

Amazing stay
We loved our vacation, and a huge part of it was due to this amazing rental. It had everything we needed and more- we didn’t anticipate how nice it would be to have beach chairs and boogie boards available to us. The place was extremely clean, had some fun board games, and was very comfortable. The only thing at all was the main door knob was a little difficult to lock and unlock but overall not a huge deal. We will definitely be wanting this same unit the next time we visit. Thank you so much for a great stay!
