It doesn't get any better than this! Magnificent whitewater ocean views will mesmerize you as you relax on one of your two balconies or your living room sofa. Elegantly appointed with a rustic beach flair, Bluewater Retreat offers the ultimate in both beauty and comfort.

The lower level is comprised of the stunning ocean view living area with sofa, dining area seating 4, chef's kitchen with 2 bar stools, and an ocean-view bedroom & bath with queen and full beds plus a separate dressing area. The kitchen has been remodeled with quartz counters, a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, and a GE oven and dishwasher, and features a 3D subway tile back splash and wood-look flooring.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

The upper level is totally comprised of the large primary bedroom with a California King size bed, remodeled bath area with quartz counters and a vessel sink, and walk-in closet. Walk out onto the expansive primary balcony and you can gaze at the ocean for miles! You won't want to leave this delightful space as you take in the waves, sailboats, and marine life.

Perfect beach stay
Very cute unit with amazing views. So nice to be on the beach and not have to deal with parking. It would be very helpful if the kitchen had Tupperware. We made sandwiches and sliced up fruit for the beach day but there was no way to transport it to the beach. It would have been helpful to save leftovers as well to eat the next day. Other then that detail, everything was perfect.

Amazing view!
The balcony was my favorite place to sit in the morning, drink coffee, read a good book, admire the ocean and the surfers. The condo was very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and a great place to relax with teens in between all the activities. Would definitely stay here again, the only difficulty we had was regulating the temp in the downstairs shower.

Good directions. Try to check in before dark. Had good directions. Great ocean view. Slept with windows open . Lots to do on pier , places to eat, sea lions close by, we went to safari zoo , midway, and sea world. 35- 45 min from those places. We got to spend quality time with our marine!

We had a wonderful stay in Oceanside for the weekend. This condo is wonderful with incredible views. One of things I appreciated the most was the security of the property as a whole. Home has very comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you for a great stay!

Location, property and Condo were amazing. Place was clean and the views of the ocean from the upper balcony were priceless. Easy to walk into town for food and shopping and to the pier or other direction to the harbor. Garage parking was very tight in a truck and would be the same for a large vehicle but other options are available so not a big deal unless you want covered parking. Can't wait to visit again.

Even better than it looks!
Overall our stay was great! The views were even better than they look in pictures. The décor was very cute and everything was clean. It was plenty of space for two adults and 3 teens. The property was lush and very well kept - it looked like a pacific resort. I felt very safe letting my teen girls walk around the property. It was very close to the restaurants at the Harbor. The couple of improvements I would suggest: the listing does not state that there is no air conditioning. The first I saw this was in the contract after I booked through VRBO. It worked out fine, but you need to leave the patio doors open at night to keep it from getting a little warm. The second is the frying pans are very warped so it was hard to cook anything evenly in them. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend!

Charming Bluewater Retreat
An annual extended weekend with our son and daughter-in-law was a success once again thanks to our stay at Bluewater Retreat. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We prepared dinner two nights and ate out one. Due to the stormy weather we were not able to enjoy the beach but couldn’t have asked for a better indoor get away. The gym at NCV is clean and there is plenty of equipment to enjoy. The hot tub/spa was perfect on a drizzly evening. Aaron, the property manager was responsive to our inquiries and sent Patrol out to light the pilot light in the fireplace right away. Unfortunately, the mechanism was not cooperative so we didn’t have a fire. This was not a problem, but will hopefully be repaired for the next guest. All in all, a wonderful three day weekend!

Spectacular view
Had an amazing stay at this property, the view on the balcony and upper deck were awesome! The size was perfect for a family of 4. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was a little small but utensils were complete. One of the burners had issues on our first day but maintenance came next day, we were able to use the other burners….not a deal breaker for us. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again.

Cute Clean Condo great Location
Spent a week here over thanksgiving with our family of 5. Condo was clean & nicely decorated. Great location with easy access to beach. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Easy on/off hwy. kitchen had everything we needed to serve Thanksgiving feast! Upper deck is great spot to watch surf in the morning & sunsets in the evenings.

The property and location was excellent, having no AC during a heat wave made it impossible to be inside the unit and sleep at night. Also, it was very loud due to our unit being close to the pool and tons of loud kids. Would never stay there again

Fantastic retreat in great location!!!
This was our first time on the West Coast. The unit was absolutely beautifully updated and decorated. It was meticulously clean and had everything we needed. The views, the sounds of the ocean, the location to the pool, putting greens, beach was perfect. Being able to walk just about anywhere in town was wonderful. I would highly recommend this unit for a peaceful, tranquil retreat yet so close to beach life. It was perfect!

My husband and I stayed with another couple and had plenty of room at the condo. The two decks offered great ocean views for watching surfers in the morning and sunset at night. You can also see the pool from the deck which is nice to scope out open chairs before heading down. We walked to breakfast and dinner every day. It is no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Amazing view and Condo
I have stayed at North Coast Village for years. My parents lived there when our kids were young. This property is defiantly a do over. It was beautifully decorated, well furnished, and such an amazing view. The only suggestion would be more towels, and we never had access to our second parking slot and the guard shack people were not helpful. But overall, this is a wonderful vacation condo and would highly recommend it and when we come back we hope it will be available.

We loved our time here. Great location right in the beach. Loved having the pools and hot tub as well. Everything was clean and stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having the two patios and watching the surfers and relaxing in the sun.

Beautiful views, perfect for families
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the two balconies with ocean views with views to the garden and swimming pool. We appreciated the location on the edge of town for less traffic but still an easy walk for dinner and shopping. Condo was furnished just right for our needs. The only disappointment for our group was the beds. The main bedroom had a cabinet/fold out bed and the mattress was not comfortable, you could feel the bed frame underneath. The second bedroom mattresses were very thick foam, while comfortable, they were too hot for our teenagers to sleeping well. This may not be an issue for others just thought I’d share. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Relaxing stay.
We arrived in late Jan which was very cold where we live but perfect weather in Oceanside. The condo was clean, recently remodeled, had nice views of the ocean from living room and bedrooms and a short walk to the harbor and pier. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
