The elevator was broken, cost 1000 dollars for a deposit on 300$ room. There was no confectionery to bug anything but a 6 dollar pop. The pool was freezing in temperature. The staff was ignorant and could tell only cared about the payment. When asked to turn the heat up in the pool area, was met with ignorance. The water was good temperature but the ambient temperature in the room was freezing. The bathrooms were disgusting. Overall i will never stay again at a holiday in!

Our only issue was the WIFI kept kicking out, we mostly used our personal hotspot instead But our stay was excellent, quiet, nice housekeeping staff.

The rooms are nicely renovated (they're not the photos you see in the Expedia or Holiday Inn website which look very outdated), and very spacious. Lots of outlets and usb/usb-c ports. Overall a good experience!

BED BUGS. Stayed two nights, saw one bug and the reaction (itchy hives) began before check out. The front desk staff was indifferent and said her manager would be in the next day and would check it then. No one has called. We thought they should know so they wouldn't put anyone else in the room before resolving the problem. She didn't seem to care. I feel sorry for anyone staying only one night as bed bug bites since I have now learned that reactions are often delayed for 2-14 days. Luckily my quick reaction meant that I knew to put everything in a garbage bag and wash it all when we got home.
