The staff is so friendly, prompt and helpful. Our room was clean, roomy and uncluttered. The only negative is that there isn't enough seating for breakfast. Breakfast is amazing as well!

Hotel was easy to find. Room was clean, very comfy beds, great pillows. Grandkids loved the pool and waterslide. Breakfast was good: hot food, bacon sausage, eggs, as well as the usual cereal, bagels, muffins etc.

I’ve stayed in motels that felt more like hotels than this “hotel.” From the second I walked in, I was treated like a nuisance. My card had an issue, and instead of basic courtesy, the front desk clerk kept snapping, “Did you fix it yet?” like I was wasting her time. The pool? Never a towel in sight. The “body wash”? Lotion. Staff friendliness? Nonexistent. Breakfast was chaos, one poor employee left alone, no food replenished, and guests shoving to grab scraps. Then at 3 a.m., the fire alarm blared. Turns out it’s been malfunctioning for over a year, but they still haven’t fixed it. We rushed outside with our terrified kids, only to return to zero apology, zero explanation, and zero compensation. Days later, I find a $63 charge. Calls to the hotel went nowhere, promises to “call back” were empty. Finally, they claimed it was for a “stained” towel. The photos showed a huge orange stain we never made. Considering the filthy floors, it’s not hard to imagine towels picking up grime, but this was clearly not ours. This place is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unapologetic. If you enjoy being treated poorly, woken up at 3 a.m., and billed for messes you didn’t make, this is your hotel.

Our children couldn’t use the hand wash in the bathroom because it was fixed in a spot they couldn’t reach, and everything was in refillable containers, which didn’t seem very hygienic. It would have been better if they had individually packaged items like other hotels. We tried to log into Netflix with our account, but the TV wasn’t a smart TV. When we checked in on Saturday, we asked a question, but she told us to call later. Why couldn’t she just tell us directly?😤

I think the hotel was great in itself. They only thing i would recommend is a small mat that could be put in entrance way of the floors. Coming up from the pool i didn't want to get water all over the floor so we just used a lot of towels to tidy up floor. Also the pool was super busy. Would be nice to have a larger pool in those bigger hotels. Slide was awesome though. Go down super fast!
