They failed us let other guests run around property loud and smoking and I have lung disease they did nothing to rectify it. I complained and then I was accused of taking towels. How dare they do that. I am really upset I have contacted holiday inn guest services and managers

None of the tv channels worked, room was very bland and echoey. Elevators were very slow. Staff was nice, breakfast was ok. Could hear all the traffic outside the whole night as windows don't seal shut. Very expensive for what it is, and had to call to get my deposit back.

Our room was clean and comfortable although there was a lingering odor of cigarette smoke in the room. The clerk very kindly moved us to a quiet location after our first room ended up being near some very rowdy noisy young men there for a sporting event. We were grateful for the change. They had a difficult time keeping the breakfast foods stocked, so there wasn’t much to choose from and the quality was a bit lacking, but overall it was a decent place to stay for a couple of nights.
