We booked this hotel for family and friends stay-cation for 3 days. After checking in we were informed that swimming pools are not available. No email, no call from the hotel to inform us about the problem. Staff not friendly and helpful Is about a month with no call back from manager, she/he is always not available when we trying to call. Highly not recommended!
