Comfortable and clean

Overall, hotel is clean with all needed amenities. Biggest disappointment was check in. Could hardly understand the hotel clerk as he spoke. He offered no information, such as location of the pool, or where or when breakfast is served. He also refused to give us a second room key. Another negative was when I tried to access the free wifi at 7am it did not work. I think it should at least work until we check out.

I booked for three nights through Expedia, and upon my arrival I let the front deak know I only needed the room for 2 nights, as we were leaving early. The hotel asked that I correct through Expedia, no problem, so I checked in. Expedia told me that I had to correct with the hotel, and around and around we went. I paid for a night I disnt need even though I cancelled 48hrs in advance and had trip insurance.
