Was put in a room close to the elevator and could hear not only the doors opening and closing but you clearly hear the elevator traveling up and down. We had to move to another room because it was do loud.

Very nice rooms and polite staff. Valet was a bit confused when pulling in. Apparently I didn’t need valet if I was going to use the electric charger so what should have taken 5 mins took 30 mins and at the end of it all their EV charging station wasn’t live. The restaurant bar was understaffed for one of their busiest nights so room service wasn’t available nor were you able to get any service while sitting at the bar. Enjoyed my room and exploring the area but late at night can have some sketchy areas so walking isn’t suggested.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the bar/restaurant didn't open until 5 pm. We were in town for a show and would have loved to have drinks and dinner/appetizers before leaving for our venue. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Too cold for Comfort!!!

For the most part my entire stay was good w the ex eption of the hot water. It was likewarm and the last day, which the weather was terribky cold the facility had no hot water d/t broken pipe. Im not sure i would stay here again.

Told that we had a 20$credit and this seemed to confused restaurant staff. Also seemed to be an inconvenience to the restaurant staff that we weren’t prepaid for the breakfast. Was told that the credit would be applied to our bill if we charged our meal to our room and when we checked out and saw the bill this was never applied

I had a faulty shower faucet that had to be addressed 2 times to finally fix. I felt that the breakfast buffet was fairly pricy. The overall staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially JJ in the valet service, but the lady who checked us in seemed to be having a bad day. The area around the hotel is definitely one where you will need to take an Uber to get to more walkable destinations.

Hotel was filled before bowl game and New Years.

The restaurant was woefully understaffed and the service was the slowest ever experienced. Two new staff were being trained, but the training was inadequate. Consequently, many customers were very dissatisfied.
