Beautiful King sweet stay. Breakfast was not worth the extra money, and parking was $25. Not the safest area, but I’d go back again. The staff was very nice and let us have a late checkout as well :)

This was my second time staying here and both times I got Shamara to check me in and she is so welcoming and pleasant the check in process is very easy! The room is always clean and spotless. The location is only a few minutes from everywhere I had to go. I will definitely be back to stay again

Fast efficient check in. Clean lobby and room was spotless! Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great (low water pressure is a pet peeve of mine) and the towels were a bit upscale compared to other hotels. The bar was pleasant. Try the tomato and grilled shrimp bisque and ask for a grilled cheese sandwich (sandwich not on the menu) for a great chilly evening dinner. Ivery close to Advent Hospital, which was our reason for staying here. We will choose this location again.

Very disappointed on the hotel and service. The managers were nice to be fair but the Customer Service was very disappointing and I’ve stayed at this hotel plenty of times and even with my spouse that works at a major airline whenever we’re in trips there’s a miscommunication regarding the parking as it was supposed to be two vehicles overnight and one vehicle visiting that was parked at this spot for less than three hours. I explained that to the manager that it was supposed to be a visiting, but the visitor got confuse and grabbed the first ticket for overnight instead as a mistake there’s a record and videos that can be monitored to see that vehicle didn’t take an extra spot and there was always only two vehicle in the parking lot not three and the third vehicle was never overnight. I asked politely to refund just only one and they refuse. Before I check out the front desk told me that they ended up, adjusting it and gave me a print out receipt but then when I call back for the refund that was never sent back, they said that that was never approved so on top of that I was giving false information. If anyone in management interested I still have the receipt printer that was given to me that morning showing that was adjusted.
