They first gave us the wrong room which in hindsight we should have stayed in. We went down to the desk and the guy at the desk seemed super confused even though I had the printed confirmation paper in my hand. The next room was next to a group of partygoers who were loud and piling out into the hallway. I was frightened for my daughter and I since it was late and we were alone. The 25 dollar fee to self park was ridiculous. I’ve stayed at other Crown Plaxa hotels and have never had any problems.

Super clean hotel with great amenities. They offer valet parking so I didn't do the self parking Not sure how it is but valley is amazing and it's 24 hours. Great bar great breakfast amazing staff. There is no food or shopping anywhere nearby so you're going to have to either Uber or drive.
