Beautiful property with amazing amenities like three free alcoholic beverages each night, 5:30 kickback with dinner and popcorn, nice pool and hot tub area, arcade area etc. hotel room felt clean with larger size smart tv. Having the bus transportation to the Disney parks was great however on one night the bus didn’t show up on its scheduled time and we were stuck waiting for about two hours. The buses stop at two parks and I guess the returning bus was full from the first park and didn’t come to the park we were waiting at. It happens but at least send another bus or have a backup plan when the bus is full so we aren’t waiting without knowing if a bus is coming to pick us up.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is beautiful looking over the lake. The free breakfast provided was good and the coffee was excellent! I definitely will stay here from now on.

We had a great time at the Drury Hotel. It was very easy and convenient for our visit to Disney World and we had a great time relaxing on the property during our non-Disney park days. Everyone was polite and pleasant and eager to make our stay enjoyable. There were a few small hiccups including our room not being ready upon our check in at 4pm and we did not often get maid service until 4 or 5pm each day. Our room was near the ice machine so we often heard ice dripping through the walls. But it was overall a great stay and would definitely return soon!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Plaza! We had a very nice room with a balcony with the fireworks view. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. We definitely took advantage of the breakfast in the mornings. Both my husband and I use a scooter to get around the parks, and the buses were very accommodating, and the bus drivers very helpful. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my niece for a week. We walked to Disney Springs a couple of times and it took about 10 minutes. The free breakfast was great since it started at 6am so we were able to grab something before catching the shuttle to the parks for early entry! We also enjoyed the kickback meal but we only used it 3x. The staff was amazing, the shuttles were great (we didn’t have a car as the cost for parking was a little high for us). We only had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle once and we only had to wait 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the fireworks from Epcot from our window was spectacular. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was my first time in Orlando and staying with the Drury resort brand of hotels. I will say that I highly recommend this hotel. It is not far from the parks. It is modern, clean, beds are very comfy, food offered daily was good, and everyone for the most part was very friendly. The pool was great and the hot tub was a plus! I also celebrated a birthday and during my stay, two employees stood out that I must acknowledge. Front desk person Taylor and the Manager, Shay. They were both, on separate occasions during my stay, so helpful to me. This matters so much and I appreciate when efforts are made. They are the true model definition of customer service and hospitality. I have to highlight that because not everyone embodied those same characteristics that I encountered but majority of everyone we encountered were great! Because of how welcoming, professional and friendly these two were, I got questions answered, I was able to plan what I needed during my stay, the things that were important to me were executed and I enjoyed my birthday stay! will definitely visit this hotel again. It made a great impression on me!
