Great property with family rooms that offer comfort and relaxation. Clean, spacious rooms with a full kitchen to enjoy a meal. Balcony with chairs. Some rooms have pool view. The staff is friendly and attentive to the guests needs. Close to large shopping centers and Disney parks. A happy traveler that will be returning soon.

All is great except my room door battery died. Caused my wrist band keys to not work. Had to walk back & forth to car to get 2nd band. 2nd band also didnt work. Walk to frint desk. Walk to room and waited 15 mins for engineers to come reboot look. Wait for charge test keys. Delayed my day. Everything else was fine! Wish i didnt have to go through this!

The property was nice and clean with a neat pool area and little restaurant. The only problem we encountered was the handle on the shower wouldn’t budge, and it came off in my husband’s hand, so we weren’t able to shower, for the one night we stayed there. No biggie. I told the front desk gal about it when we checked out, so they could fix it. Would stay here again.

The main room was clean but thr bathroom floor was dirty and hairwas in thr tub/shower..totally gross. Thr main issuewad thr noise..kids running up and doen the halls until midnight and the band was playing until 1030pm even thought the staff in thr lobby after calling3 times stated they stop at 10pm. The band was extremely loud and made it impossible to try and sleep but even sit in thr room to enjoy our stay. If you are goikg to hwve a live band playing extremely loud you should let quest now.
