Located on the Regal Palms resort in Davenport this is a pretty end of terrace 2 story town home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. As you enter there is a master bedroom with full size bed, double closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. This room has direct entry from the front and can be locked from the main house. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large American style fridge/freezer and a small table with seating for 2 people. There is a spacious main room with dining area seating 6, 3 seater sofa, loveseat, 45" flatscreen TV, DVD player, cloakroom with basin and WC and patio doors to rear of property. Upstairs there is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, 30" flatscreen TV, large closet, small balcony and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, double closet, one of which has a 20" TV and a family bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. The Regal Palms resort has a large communal pool with lazy river, jacuzzi and water slides, as well as tiki bar, tennis courts, fitness center, children's arcade and play area, restaurant, shop and outdoor children's play area. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home that has recently been redecorated to give it a more modern vibe. There are two master suites, the first of which is on the ground floor and has a queen bed, flat screen TV, closet, an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC and it's own front entrance. This room can be locked off from the main house for extra privacy when traveling with extended family. The remainder of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, patio doors to a balcony and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds, flat screen TV and a closet. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.
The main living area is open plan and features a dining table seating 6, a comfortable seating area with two couches, large flat screen TV, cable television and patio doors to a small patio area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer and a small bar seating area for 2 people. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest convenience.
Free WIFI is provided throughout the house and off street parking is available for one large car or two smaller cars. Regal Palms has a wealth of on-site facilities including a fun water slide, lazy river, communal pool, jacuzzi, poolside tiki bar, tennis courts, outdoor children's play area, fitness center, spa, restaurant, bar and indoor gaming arcade/play area. The resort is gated and has a guest check in lobby. There are restaurants, take-outs, grocery store, gas station and banks all within walking distance and the Disney attractions are only 15 minutes away.

Each unit is authorized with a maximum of Three Vehicles. These three cars must be in your driveway; we ask for two cars to be vertical and one horizontal on the back. All cars must be registered with the clubhouse. No overnight street or Clubhouse parking. Cars violating parking rules will be towed at guest expense.
