We arrived at the hotel at about 10am, check in is at 3pm, the front desk staff could not be more friendlier, they accommodated me right away and I was able to check in early. My room was really nice and clean, my only complaint would be the shower, it wasn’t powerful enough but it wasn’t the end of the world. Breakfast was really good, lots of option and they made Mickey mouse waffles both chocolate and regular. The staff putting out the food were so so nice and friendly. Not sure about the other reviews about staff being rude, EVERYONE was incredibly nice and professional

I will have to say that 2 things they we need to mention, NO WHEELCHAIR assistance on property. My son have a broken ankle and we expected that we can use a wheelchair on site and they did not have that available, also the shuttle service advertised is not real , they have you think its available and its not, it does not exist. you scan a QR code to take you to website that tells you its not available or fully booked. how is a shuttle service that should be running around the clock be booked in advance. I did not see any shuttles at the property at all.

Had such a relaxing time at this property. The view of the pool from my 5th floor room was gorgeous. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. There is a little shopping mall across the street with all the essentials and a few food options. Loved my stay there. Shuttle to theme parks was very convenient. Would recommend and return to this property in the future.

I loved how close this was to Disney. It’s in a great area. My 4 year old loves the make your own Mickey waffles. This is our second time staying here and we will absolutely be back.
