We checked in late evening upon our arrival but were immediately disappointed when we sat on the edge of the bed. After our first night, we called the front desk to note the bed was in horrible condition with a very obvious hole in the middle of the bed. The agent said she spoke with her manager and would send their engineering team to replace the mattress rather than relocate us to another room. This seemed odd but we played along. No change in beds or room change was subsequently offered. The worst night’s sleep and horrible restaurant onsite. Would not recommend to others unless you have no other nearby options and want to stay in this area.

I stayed 4 nights and never received any house keeping. I called and left messages, called front desk, called concierge, and never got anyone that came to the room to bring the soap that wasn’t originally provided or take out the trash. We had to go find someone to get more toilet paper as the room came with 1 roll. I’ve stayed here dozens of times and never had this terrible service. My room also wasn’t ready until 7:30pm on check in because they were waiting for it to be cleaned. Clearly having an issue with staffing the housekeeping but the service we received was terrible. I was there with a party that had 4 rooms. One of the rooms got cleaned one night. I think asking for a room with hand and dish soap isn’t too much to ask for. The resort is beautiful and the amenities otherwise are wonderful. Bit the housekeeping is a disaster. I had a toddler in the room with dirty diapers and I couldn’t get anyone to take the trash, even when I put it outside my door and called. Super disappointed to be traveling and have all of these issues. The room comes with a full kitchen but without any soap there’s no way to eat, clean, and wash things. Despite all my calls during the stay, I was told at check out that unless you are a vacation owner they don’t clean your room. But Expedia says housekeeping is provided.

We were 2 families staying. The property is fantastic. It is very picturesque. We had 2 2-bdrm units which were very new. The facilities and the layout of the whole resort is very nice and we had a memorable stay. The staff is nice too. However, the staff at checkin is well below average and don’t care about customer service. They were not able to accommodate even very simple customer requests like getting the rooms 2 hour in advance even after explaining that there was a surprise proposal party happening and we needed atleast one room and we would have paid for that extra time. We had called way in advance meaning a few days and a couple of times reminded again during the week of check in. That left a big if a sour taste but if you don’t have any special requests this is amazing property to spend your vacation.

The grounds are beautiful! The facilities are top-notch. Our two bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. It’s a little bit dated with older granite countertops however, it’s still very nice and enjoyable.

Great cozy stay. Very central, quiet and convenient. Came in town for a wedding with my mom and lady. We had a spa day, went up to Temecula and enjoyed those hot tubs when we could. This place is Highly recommend we will be Back!

Property is getting “tired”. Stayed here a number of years ago and it was much more up to date. This time there was floor moulding broken, toilet was loose from the floor, bathroom fan was worn out, lamp shade ripped, etc. Nice and helpful staff though. Probably won’t stay here again.

We had problems with our check-in. We had booked this almost a year ahead. We are members of the Welk resort. Our request for 2 units next to each other was difficult to secure. Alot of run-around. Finally settled but stressful.
