Excellent location. The Heritage Rooms are very spacious and well appointed.

We arrived early after our overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags until our room was ready. When we returned, our bags had already been moved to our very spacious room. There were complimentary water bottles, toothbrushes and toothpaste along with the usual shampoo soap etc. After about an hour, they called to see if we needed anything.We’ve been very happy with the accommodations.

Loved the view of the opera house and harbor. Very beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Close to everything we wanted to do!!

Have stayed a number of times when I come to Sydney. Hotel Urban offers very comfortable, clean rooms that offer everything you need for overnight or multiple day stays. The cafe is excellent providing a good range of options. The cafe staff are impressive.

We enjoyed a really good stay in Sydney at this perfectly located hotel. Staff were polite, happy and helpful from the moment we checked in. We didn’t use all facilities as busy exploring for which the hotel was a perfect base. Would we use again? Most definitely.
